Im a serious chiropractic skeptic (especially the types who believe they can cure asthma or liver function or whatever). I just wanted to find someone to crack my back without xrays, selling me vitamins or magnet bracelets ir other snake oils. This was a last resort attempt to relieve my SPD (hip/pelvic pain) during my pregnancy. I have visited both Dr. Mark (2x) and Dr. Cy (1x). Both were very straightforward and friendly. They gave me a nice quick crack (lower back, upper back, neck) and it was very comfortable, even though I am 7+ months pregnant. After TWO visits, I went from feeling the SPD pain at all times to only at night when in bed. These practices dont seem to be about primary care. You want to talk to someone about your headaches and have a general health consult? Go to your physician. This is like a quick in-and-out tune up. Get popped in less than 10 minutes and go about your day. This is exactly what I was looking for and Im glad I found it. The pain relief is remarkable.

They will talk you into a plan to save money but when a medical doctor says a chiro will not help you, they will not refund any of your package. They did not tell me the visits expired after a year. I actually would be in more pain after and days after the visit. The chiro did not do an adequate exam because if they had, they would have seen that my issues were not bony or joint related but muscular. They did not take any X-rays... the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. No one ever got back to me, I had to call back a week and a half later after I left a message, then they finally call me back and dont even leave a message. Do your self a favor and go see a real doctor or a physical therapist before you see a money hungry chiro.

They have a revolving door of chiropractors; some ok, some not so ok. My biggest gripe with the place is its open treatment area - with 3 beds in one room, meaning you are SHARING YOUR MEDICAL INFORMATION WITH STRANGERS who are also there for a treatment. NO PRIVACY. This seems to be a walking HIPAA violation. While theyre working on your back, the docs are asking personal medical information, meaning if someone else is in the room they are also privy to your information. Personally, I detest this, and question the ethics of it.

I highly recommend asking for Dr. Cy! I went in because of a horrible headache. I also like to be adjusted side posture because of hip pain I experience. Dr. Cy listened to all my concerns and made sure that I didnt mind being adjusted using manual technique and the activator. He did an exam and gave me an amazing adjustment! I had never had someone use the activator on my neck and Im so thankful he did. My headache went away and I had instant relief. I felt like a whole new person after my visit.

I have been coming her for a few months after suffering for 2 years with back and hip pain. I went to Doctors who gave me cortisone shots that only helped for a short time. I go every week and now I am back at the gym. When I started I couldnt eve step up on a curb with my right leg i highly recommend going. You cant go once and expect your body to stay in place. it takes time. you need to be dedicated . I dont want a lot of fluff or attention. I just want it to work!

I was always resistant to chiropractic care because of a previous back injury. But I recently got a pain in my neck that all other types of manual therapy couldnt fix. I came to see Dr. Cy and he listened very carefully to my injury history, my concerns, and my current issues and came up with an approach that was both helpful and I was comfortable with. I got a surprising amount of relief after the very first visit.

Adjustment was great just a little rushed. Really though what is the front desks girls problem she snapped at me for accidentally skipping over a portion of the paperwork.. I mean if something was going on that week like a relationship problem, death or whatever I understand but just take off work it was a real turn off like the other person said and it negatively impacts the business greatly.

Newbie and VERY hesitant to try chiropractic care. After much encouragement from a current patient, I finally made an appointment. Dr. Cy is extremely gentle, informative and professional. Yep, I’m a “believer” now. I recommend Dr. Cy especially for those who might be a little “nervous”… :)

Ive been going here off and on for a few months now. One thing to know ahead of time is that even though they are open on weekends, its a different doctor than during the week. My personal opinion is that the weekend doctor is inferior to the workweek doc, Dr. Cy, who does great work.

I was diagnosed with Sciatica. And I was never a believer in chiropractors until I started recovering. In the beginning it was unbearable to walk now Im back to walking five miles or more a day at work. I wont go to another place but here. Im a beleiver.

Ive been using this location for over a year now and I am very happy with the results Ive experienced. Both doctors are very helpful and do not hesitate to spend extra time on me when I have a problem area. I highly recommend this Joint location.

Ive seen many chiropractors and this guy is super basic. I know people without a degree who do better adjustments and many chiropractors with degrees are much better at the art of healing and adjusting. Go to another joint. Pass this one up.

Rushed and not effective. The main chiropractor at this location doesnt give it an honest effort and then blames you for his inabilities, where others are able to do a better job.
