Ive been going to Dr. Mainieris office since 2013 and just got a chance to write a full review. After having my third child I ended up having such excruciating back pain, which would make day to day life miserable. I couldnt carry my baby, nor could I sit to enjoy a cup of tea. I always had to sit or function at such weird angles, which from aside made me look like a person with a hunched back. I new that this was not normal. Prior to the birth of my third child I was always active and worked out regularly. Now exercising wasnt helpful and was very painful, to say the least. I started having horrible migraines and reoccurring sinus infections. Knowing that something had to be done I started researching my options. I ended up with very few options first of which was actually getting a surgery to fix my back issues. This terrified me a little and left me hopeless. I began searching for other options like physical therapy, some sort of a natural way of interfering with my back pain. Thats when I can across Ridgeline Chiropractic. Dr. Mainieri came highly recommended and I couldnt wait to see him. I remember crying the first time I met him. His tone was so reassuring and he knew exactly was he was doing. After my first visit I walked out like a normal person, without being hunched and pinched. After my first visit I walked out of his office pain free, which I wasnt able to do for last two years after having my child. That alone spoke volumes to me. After a couple of visits I started feeling so much better, my sinuses started draining properly, and my headaches were getting under control. Child bearing and our day to day lives bring a lot of stress to our bodies. What dr. Mainieri is capable of doing prevented me from going to surgery and returned me back to my normal life. With his careful guidance I slowly returned to my workouts and per his recommendations I picked up extensive stretching/yoga. I visit his office quite often and I always take my parents, my husband to him whenever possible. Please give these guys a chance to look after you like you really deserve. Seeing dr. Mainieri should be your first priority before seeking other options for your ailments. Take care of yourself and dont let your health deteriorate.

I work a lot sitting in front of a computer and I have been having some lower back pain while I am working. I have watched Dr. Mainieri’s YouTube videos to help me with my posture and to do a few exercises. After some feeble attempts, I decided I needed a good chiropractic adjustment before starting my exercise routine to get back into shape. In the past I have gone to see a chiropractor after an injury. But this time I think it may have been lack of movement that has caused my pain. I arrived at the office a few minutes early to fill out the typical paperwork, my health insurance does not cover adjustments or massage therapy but the fees are reasonable even without insurance coverage. After completing a health history, I was taken to the massage therapy room and placed on an automatic back massage table. After 5 minutes on the table I started loosing up and relaxing. Then I went to a treatment room where Dr. Mainieri reviewed my health history and focused on lower back. After a few stretches and adjustments I was feeling much better. Dr. Mainieri instructed me to follow through with some stretches and some exercises. He gave me some diet suggestions as well. I see him again in a couple days. If you are looking for a great chiropractor with reasonable fees in Lone Tree or Highlands Ranch, give this office a call! Highly recommended, I even sent my wife for an adjustment.

I have always been sensitive to stress and due to stress at work, I had developed an eye twitch that I thought would never go away! It was driving me absolutely crazy. My doctor told me I could try Botox on my eye muscle(!) but I was not interested in trying that right away. Exercise and a multivitamin seemed to help decrease the intensity of the twitch, but it persisted for 5 months. It just so happened that about the time I was going to give up and go for the Botox, Dr. Manieieri did a presentation at a health fair about overall health and well being including nutrition, exercise - and said sometimes chiropractic can help. I liked his big picture approach to health and decided to try going to him. I thought perhaps he could help with my upper back and neck soreness from sitting at the computer all day. He gave some really good recommendations on nutrition and supplements, and suggested that Chiropractic could also be of benefit to me. After one adjustment, I was totally shocked when - not only did my back and neck feel better - but my eye twitch was gone too! Thank you, Doctor, for helping me to maintain my sanity (that eye twitch was driving me crazy!) and regain a bit of "balance" in my life:)

I went to doctor Mainieri after months of back pain. I have had this back pain since highschool but was very hesitant to try a new chiropractor after hearing from people who had had bad experiences. I felt comfortable immediatly. The staff was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. The nerve test was amazing as well as the x-rays. I was very excited to be able to see my problem areas and to learn that the pain that I was feeling in my lower back was actually being caused by problems in my neck. He gave me suggestions on how to prevent future back pain as well as showed me in detail the areas in my back and nerves that were causing problems. I felt really relaxed leaving the office, almost like a massage experience. The adjustment was comfortable and I felt that he was as experienced as I had been told he was. I would recommend him to anyone with back pain and I plan I returning to him in the future. My back still feels great and I believe that my stress levels have decreased because I no longer have constant back pain. It is such a relief to have found a doctor that I can trust and who helps with not only with my back but in creating a better way of life.

I recently visited Dr. Mainieri during a visit to Denver due to an ulcer I recently found out I have as well as back pain that has been going on for some time now. Dr. Mainieri was wonderful and full of knowledge! He gave me advice on more of the holistic approach of curing my ulcers and gave me lots of recommendations on food and types of vitamins and probiotics I should take. He was very detail oriented which is something I appreciate and made everything very easy for me to understand. In addition, I received an x-ray and found out that I dont have a curve in my neck that I should have as well as inflammation in my spine and some pinched nerves on my back. Its good to know the source of my back pain and now I can take action to improving my health in a more natural, holistic way. I never thought to go to a chiropractor other than the simple reason of back pain or getting an adjustment. Now that I know I can benefit by getting treatment for other reasons (such as my stomach ulcer), I would recommend Ridge Line Chiropractic for anyone that wants to improve their overall health or diet to live a healthier life style!
