I know you must be attracted to this office because Harvard is in the name. I urge you, dont do it. If you want your health managed by uneducated people who refuse to think outside the box, then maybe this is the place for you. If youre educated and prefer an approach that looks that the whole individual and all medical options available, do not go here. I have spent the last two years arguing with everyone in this practice from lab techs, to PAs, to secretaries, to cardiologists, and my own horrific primary care practitioner Andrea Kronman. They want to do, whatever they want to do, and absolutely nothing else. They are unwilling to work with providers outside of what they believe to be their personal magical circle of providers. If they providers were so amazing, I wouldnt have to seek care elsewhere. They have refused to provide basic services to me, even through they are getting paid well from insurance companies. Ive been forced to pay out of pocket to other care providers and outside of my own insurance company, for two years, to get the care that my family needs. They behave like a bunch a fascists with omnipotent control over the lives of their patients. Luckily, I work in healthcare and have the means to pay to see other providers out of pocket. Its the only reason Im a healthy adult. Putting your lives in the hands of these people is the worst decision you will ever make. Simple every day problems that require the simplest and most basic EVIDENCE BASED TREATMENT are completely beyond this group of practitioners. But, they are more than happy to nickle and dime you senselessly.

The teams here are fantastic. The care is friendly and thorough. Ive never had to wait a long time for anything. The have an app that you can use to track appointments, test results and send/receive emails to your doctor. I really like having the app because I always lose those documents the send you in the mail. Time is precious, so I also really like that I can get my prescriptions and test work done right there in the building and not have to make a separate appointment or go somewhere else.

Cant really say enough for this practice! From peds to internal medicine to Obgyn, Harvard vanguard staff are really phenomenal! Appointments are always right on time, the staff from the front desk, nurses , pharmacy staff, labs and doctors are extremely helpful, kind and seem to love their jobs. My health online is great , I recently sent an email to ask a prescription question and recieved a call back to let me know they were looking into my enquiry within 5 minutes!

Just called into internal medicine about a problem refilling my rx. Pharmacy was telling me it was too soon and I was down to 1 dose... Whoever answered the phone, lovely woman with a slight accent, was so helpful! She called the pharmacy herself while I was on hold and straightened it all out in less than 5 mins. I was really dreading calling in, thinking it was going to be a huge pain. Wish I had gotten her name. She deserves a raise!
