My wife went there for dermatology procedure and the not only didnt do the job, but trying to double charge us for their services. Stay away from these crooks who have nothing to do with medicine. They will do nothing, charge you twice and will truly to threat you to ruin your credit score. Their patients account representative are rude and not helpful. This is not medical facility but gang of crooks who will try to extort money out from you.

Ive been twice for routine check-ups. I had a mole biopsied last week. They gave me horrible after care instructions. Everyone was very rushed. Now it is infected and Im trying to call back like they told me to except I cant reach anyone. I have been on hold for over an hour. Do not go here.

On hold for hours. I spoke with the office manager about the issue and she denied a problem. She grew angry. Worst staff of any office I have ever visited. They just refuse to pick up the phone so I am unable to schedule an appointment. Be warned.

Sitting in the waiting room the staff was laughing and joking about fellow workers. Less than professional and surely not the environment BIDH wants for its patience.
