After waiting weeks for an appointment, I arrived to find the schedule was made in errors and appt was 8 days later. Older blonde receptionist had made an error and didnt accept responsibility. Lack of communication and errors in scheduling caused hours of patients time and money. The solution was uncomfortable and dismissive by the two receptionist. It felt like two receptionist cover for each other against one patient. Who needs to be treated poorly? I definitely dont, so I found another seacoast dermatologist who took me the next day. This company has the inability to problem solve in a job they do daily. It shows poor management skills with the office. I definitely dont need a business with lack of communication and disorganization skills.

It was a strange experience, as if they didnt really know what else to do after allergy test came back negative. Just kept prescribing same medicine that didnt work in first place. This was really frustrating, had to wait 2 months for an appointment, wouldnt have mind it it they found a solution. He actually said, "good news is, youre not allergic to any of these." How is that a good news? Shouldnt there be another step?

The worst EVER !!! Got out of work, took 30 mins just to check in. More than 1 hr wait. What a disorganized office
