Satisfied customer for almost five years, in spite of the 50 minute commute each way for us. We have a miniature poodle that is basically allergic to life and seems to be Dr. Janets challenge case. Like the seasons we have here in New England, his allergies - or what seems to bother him - come and go. So unlike some earlier reviews, Frankie has not been cured or his problem solved but certainly Dr. Janet has been persistent in continuing to help minimize the effects of his allergies and their discomfort to him when they might flare up; like his incessant scratching until his skin is crimson raw or lick sores on his legs and paws. For her efforts and guidance, and really taking an interest in Frankie as if he were her own dog, we will certainly continue to recommend her to anyone we know of who has a pet that might be suffering from allergies. While it’s unfortunate someone in an earlier review decided not to return to AADC, over a stated policy being upheld, we strongly encourage others looking for help for their dog, cat or even horse to give Dr. Janet a try. She IS good at what she does. We certainly would not have driven 50 miles each way, for each visit for almost 5 years if we thought otherwise.

HEADS UP ON RESCHEDULING OR CANCELING APPOINTMENTS HERE: The cancellation policy here is must give more than 48 hours. I did call with 24 hour notice to reschedule(not cancel, I could have come the same day just diff. time) our 3rd follow up appointment and was later sent an $80 invoiced for a missed appointment. When we called to discuss, the receptionist Missy confirmed that she did get my call and request to reschedule, but then reiterated their policy 3 or 4 times. She did not offer any concern for losing our future business over this incident. Its too bad. As a business owner I think its important to be flexible and show gratitude for your clients. Especially those clients that take the time out of their day to leave unsolicited positive feedback (below from rfast3), send referrals to you and pay on time. The first consultation appt. was over $600 and the 2nd follow up check was over $100 so with those prices Im not sure why they would want to lose a paying customer but unfortunately now we will not return.

Janet treated my dog - Bruschi. She is one of the nicest, kind, and generous people I know. Janet was there for Bruschi for his whole life. She cares about each of her patients and will not stop working till she finds the solution for their ailment. I would urge you to visit Janet if you are not sure about your pets allergies. Our new dog Lexi is a patient of Janet and she found her ailment on the first visit. I would give ten stars not five!

Wow!! We couldnt be more impressed. Dr. Janet rocks!! After years of itching, hives, licking and a miserable dog, after 1 visit with Dr. Janet everyone is happy and playing again. No more hiding to lick, rubbing herself on the carpet and waking up at night to scratch. Everyone is sleeping through the night. Ree is back to her old self, like we havent seen her in years.

We spent 3 years bringin our Coton to the vet for what we were told were severe allergy problems. After thousands of dollars and still no cure, we got a tip to try Animal Allergy and Dermatology Clinic. Were so glad because they cured her on the first visit. After just 1 week, she was back to normal, and extremely happy. Thanks so much for the help!

Dr Janet helped my cat with his allergy issues...without having to use the meds my regular vet wanted to prescribe. What a relief to finally find someone to help us. Sometimes I guess you just need a specialist and she really knows her stuff!
