I am forever indebted to Dr. Kroumpouzos and his excellent staff. I have had a severe, rare (rather personal and embarrassing so I wont name it) dermatological condition for over 15 years. I saw many different dermatologists over the years including ones in major Boston hospitals hoping theyd be able to give me some relief. Before I came to Dr. Kroumpouzos, I sometimes had up to a dozen intralesional cortisone shots weekly. I am sensitive to medication and what I could tolerate never seemed to work. When I finally switched to Dr. Krumpousos my life literally changed. He found a regiment that no one had thought of and I now only require intralesional injections once or twice a month! His office is clean and tidy. He has a wonderful, caring, nonjudgemental staff who with his permission always fits me in last minute when my condition pops up since I never know when it will happen. Not only is Dr. Kroumpozos brilliant, but he is also compassionate. My fiance was just starting a new job when he had a dermatological emergency so his health insurance hadnt kicked in get. He and his office manager, Toula, agreed to not charge for the proceedure but only for the office visit, which was an absolute Godsend to us since were in the middle of planning our wedding with a tight budget. I cant speak highly enough of Dr. Kroumpouzos and his staff! I wish there were more stars to give because they truly deserve it.

Wow, this review is for the office staff, namely the business manager Toula whom I learned is the doctors wife (how unprofessional is that??) I received a bill for a procedure I had recently, for which I fully intend to pay, but I was charged additionally for an exam that did not happen. They were literally trying to charge me for an exam that did not occur! I dont know if they are running a scam, or it was a legitimate mistake, but based on Toulas reaction, it was the former. She actually accused me of lying and said because it was in the notes, that it happened. Ive never been treated like this by medical office staff in my life. I can honestly say she is the most unprofessional person Ive ever met, and incredibly rude. Perhaps its because she and her husband are running some type of scam to bill extra charges to insurance and I just happened to see it because I am self-pay? Something shady is going on there for sure. This is what I get for going to a local yokel doctor; next time I need a dermatologist I will go into Boston.

This is a quality company with the most amazing staff you will ever encounter. Toula and George are not only trustworthy, but they always take good care of us and are some of the kindest, most genuine people we know. Nothing but good things from GK Derm!

Dr. Kroumpouzos is very knowledgeable with a keen eye for details. he went out of his way to explain things to me and took his time to make sure I feel comfortable. I highly recommend him.
