Wanted to post my feelings about this clinic. I read the previous reviews regarding issues with the providers, wait times, and other issues that people have had. I understand its much more common to write a negative review than a positive review, but I has such a wonderful experience at this clinic I felt it was my duty to share. Around the beginning of 2016, I had noticed that there was a new mole that appeared on my arm. I tried scheduling an appointment, but it took several months to be seen; this was an inconvenience, but I understand that I was a new patient and the new physician that worked there had many patients to see and many new patients waiting to be seen. Around April of 2016 my appointment came about. I was greeted by the front desk staff, filled out about 10 minutes worth of paperwork of previous medical history and symptoms I was experiencing today. After returning the paperwork to the front desk staff I was promptly escorted to an exam room by a medical assistant. The medical assistant reviewed my previous and current medications, asked me if I had a flu shot, and asked me what my main purpose for this visit was. I explained that there was a new mole on my arm that I would like to have checked out. She told me that the doctor would be in to see me momentarily. After about 10 minutes the doctor came in the room. She greeted me very politely and she had a young man with her who was holding then iPad, documenting the visit. She listened to everything I said and then took out this small black tool that shined a light onto my new mole. She looked through the magnifying portion of the black tool and told me that this was nothing to be worried about and it was not dangerous. She told me what it was (of which I cant remember the name) and then continued scanning the rest of my exposed skin. She found several other moles (all were not dangerous) and then told me about moisturization for my New England Dry Winter Skin. The visit was very prompt yet incredibly thorough. I cant quite put into words the CLARITY I had after hearing from a trained professional that this mole was not dangerous. She advised I come back in for yearly skin checks and I definitely will be doing so. I scheduled my appointment for the following April and the front desk staff would call me to remind me when that date approaches. 10/10 : Great Experience, Very Thorough, and All Questions Answered.

The REAL DEAL-tucked away under Dovers best dermatoligist office is a one stop solution for all of our skin care and beauty needs. I have been an extremely satisfied client of Skin Health since they opened and referred many more satisfied clients. In addition to experiencing their facials, massages, manicures,pedicures, waxing and spray tans (to name a few) I have depended on them to create a skin care routine to keep the "just had facial" appearance in between treatments. They never fail to deliver top service and personalize every experience. Their cutting edge services ensure me I am recieving the most effective treatments available. And I am a huge believer in practicing what is preached and every single member of the Skin Health team knows their menu ,will offer firsthand experience and quite honestly look just fabulous. I highly recommend Skin Health Medi Spa- just tell them Loribeth sent you and savor every moment.:)

Terrible. I saw the doctor of maybe ten minutes, and was practically asking questions while he was walking out of the door. Go there for the Spa, I am sure thats fine, but the healthcare would be a mistake. I dont even write reviews, but was so disheveled after my appointment and disappointed I had to pay $200 for a diagnosis he couldnt give. He gave me the "possibility" that my ailment could be something serious, but he couldnt even give me a firm diagnosis or be definitive and suggested to simply revisit in a few months. Not only did this lack the months of dread I have since felt, but found time to schedule an appointment with a doctor who could give me a definitive answer that i had no ailment and endorsed my notion of canceling a follow up appointment. Consider this place a money pit, save your time and remind your own self to wear sun-screen.

My pediatricians office referred me to this Dermatological office to make an appointment for my son. They promptly sent a referral and said to give Dermatology skin Health a call if I didnt hear from them for an appointment. I didnt hear from them so I called them. The woman who answered the phone was not at all nice and seemed annoyed have to answer a call. After putting me on hold for several minutes she came back and never confirmed whether or not they received the referral and asked for all of my information. Interestingly she asked for my insurance provider twice, leading me to believe that if I gave the wrong information I might have been told I could not be a patient there. After taking all my information she informed me that there was at least a three-month wait for an appointment. I told her thank you but I would find somewhere else to go.

I took my staff to have pedicures after Christmas as a thank you for all their hard work through the holidays. (Yes I know Im a bit late with this) :) Booking an appointment was a breeze. They were able to get all four of us in for pedicures at the same time so that we could gab and get pampered. It was awesome. Skin Health Medi Spa is also connected with Dermatology And Skin Health, so they offer treatments that you wont find in just any day spa. The staff is professional and super friendly. Ill definitely be using Skin Health in Dover, NH for myself and for my staff again.

Terrible experience, would not recommend at all. If you have insurance, make sure you get to see and actual MD. We never got to see the actual Doctor, it seems that they have an assistant that knows it all. She loves to listen to herself talk, does not want to hear anything from the patient as she knows everything from first glance. Just a bad experience overall, she consistently flip flopped with her answers to the problem.

I went in for a massage and it was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend booking a massge with them. Its worth every penny!
