The treatment my family received from this facility was nothing short of deplorable. My mother was admitted to a mental facility because of the duress she endured. They did not consult the family when adjusting my fathers medication and harassed a woman with mental illness. Country Manor was ill-prepared to handle my father, a Veteran, nonetheless, and still admitted him. A horrendous experience all around and a staff that should be held criminal liable for their malfeasants. If you love your family, do not send them here.

This facility admitted my father knowing he could be physically aggressive but it soon became apparent they were equipped to do so. Inexperienced and under prepared staff mishandled communication with my family. The one who contacted my sister stated, " Ive never had to do this before," when he was sent to the hospital. Kind staff, horrible management.

Their attractively furnishe private and semi private rooms add to the exceptional care and servies that are provided by the rehab and nursing team at the center. The short term care services are exceptional and provide for excellent outcomes.

They are understaffed. The cnas and nurses are all very nice, I will miss them. Very slow on getting discharge paperwork finished!!!
