Colony Center for Health and Rehabilitation provides exceptional rehab and skilled nursing services in a friendly and comfortable environment. The longevity of the staff adds to the pleasant environment which you feel as soon as you enter the front door. The lobby and dining areas are now being renovated which will add to the home like experience. Also, the staff go out of their way to make sure that all of your needs are met. Short and long term services are provided to the community.

Since joining Colony Centers staff a year ago, I have been constantly reminded of how compassionate, warm and loving our staff are and families have recognized their constant passion for the residents well being. It truly is one of the best facilities I have been associated with in my tenure in long term care.

I want to RAVE about this place. My retarded sister has been there for several months, and the level of care and kindness from every single member of the staff is just, well, astonishing! She has come back from near death, and is happy, well fed, well attended to and highly motivated. God bless them! K.McL

I have a friend who is there for rehab and her care is not good. The CNAs are not following the rules for her, shes being tossed around and roughed up with dressing time. They are running up and down the hallways loud and obnoxious. The hall lights are way to bright for anyone to sleep.
