Awesome, from start to finish. Id been trying for 3 days to find a doctor to see me (I temporarily have MassHealth, aka the Kiss of Death) for what I really thought might be pneumonia. After being sent away from yet another urgent care in tears, and unwilling to waste thousands of dollars in the ER when I wasnt actually dying, I tried Health Express. They were professional, fast, and thorough. Dr. Eng was sympathetic and listened to my overlong tale of woe, then the Xray tech was there to take my xrays. She was also very professional. This will be my new Urgent Care from now on! Five stars, and a big thank you.

Went in with a pain in my ankle. Dr had no beside manners, was with me for leas than 1 minute. Told me it wasnt serious, probably just shin splits. He told me to ice it & to wear good shoes. No examination of any kind. Happy that it wasnt serious but very disappointed with the way he made me feel. I do not recommend this place.

Went there for some stitches, the owner brags about how cheap it is compared to an ER... they charge you $423 FOR A NEW PATIENT FEE. Never mind the actual stitches ($296, reasonable price) and Tetanus shot ($67) and a 7+ year old fee ($25) ? AVOID AT ALL COSTS AN ER IS CHEAPER GUARANTEED

Been to this location multiple times since they opened - X-rays, testing, etc. done on location! In and out in under an hour each time! Why wait hours at an ER? Excellent nurses, doctors and staff. Clean, friendly environment.

Had a great experience when I brought my daughter. She had stomach pain they did a urine test and physical exam. Doctor said it was UTI we were in and out within 45 min. With script for Antibiotics. Very friendly, Very Clean.

It was my first time coming to this Health Express with my son, I was in and out of there within an hour, they were very nice they even let me come in a little bit earlier so we would be nice and warm , everyone is friendly

Called the office to see if they treat minor burns receptionist was extremely rude when asked to speak to the office manager she disconnects the call. Very unprofessional not welcoming at all !

Worst experience ever, save your money and go elsewhere. Waited for 1 hour just for some random nurse to come in and say nothing is wrong. F*** this place
