My husband went there on a Friday with the symptoms of pneumonia & Lyme disease. The NP told him she thought he had Lyme disease & said we will do a blood teat and get back to you. The very next day he went to South Shore Hosp with exact same symptoms and he was seen by 2 Drs that both noticed the rash of lyme disease on the back of his neck, the big circle that the NP seemed to miss when she looked at his back & armpits.. He also had an XRay dont that showed he has pneumonia. That NP he said was more concerned with her looks in her high heels. She was in and out in a total of 5 minutes. Had my husband not gone to the hospital today by the time he would if gotten treated for if, if they even caught it with just the blood work it could of ended up being a much worse situation. Because the blood work could of come back negative because she didnt notice the rash on the back his neck. Thats how the hospital new it was definitely knew what it was. Thank god for the Hosp Drs caught it in time to treat it with the antibiotics so it didnt turn into full blown Lyme disease where antibiotics would not of worked. If I could give negative stars I would.

I just wanted to try this place out because they are a little closer to my house than the other urgent care place that I usually go to.. Bad idea and a waste of copay, time, etc. When I got there the front desk girl was soso..Everyone else was rude and very unprofessional... Surprisingly the head doctor/physician was the worst. when I was called back I saw the doc laying on the exam table playing on her phone. Then when she realized she was at work she came in the room, stood far away from me, didnt touch or exam me,but yet they will still bill my insurance.(never again).. Shocked to see such an unprofessional work environment. Service was so bad I dont even know the docs name but she was Caucasian, short haircut and blonde. I will continue my Urgent Care needs up the street,at Compass Medical the last Physician i saw I think his name was Chris he was very prompt and knowledgable and his nurse/medical assistant, I dont remember her name it was a unique name, she was pleasant, patient and a well presented A-American female.

Friendly staff fast service very very nice place to be and everything is so nice and new and neat they really work with you and treat you like a person no matter what and to have that is an amazing thing to do is walk into a place instead of going to an ER and be able to get a lot of things done in there that you wouldnt expect I recommend it highly to anyone that needs some urgent care or whether its something small or minor or even you know a little more extravagant they can you know do it if they cant they will send you 20 but they can do most things that they are 10 and the doctors are wonderful and they do everything that they can see you possibly

The doctors/nurses are extremely rude and dont go above the bare minimum to help. They said, "well you dont have an infection so I dont know what to tell you," and then proceeded to call in a prescription for me without telling me what it was for/how it would help. Instead of checking my temperature and anything else that may cause my illness, the doctor left the room and sent a nurse in to hand me my prescription info (again without explanation). Still sick and dont know why.

Great experience! So glad I chose to go there instead of sitting at the ER. Every staff I encountered was so polite. Doctor was great. Worked so well with my infant. Answered all my questions and now my baby can start his antibiotics. Very pleased and will be going back in the future if need be.

Went there for some stitches, the owner brags about how cheap it is compared to an ER... they charge you $423 FOR A NEW PATIENT FEE. Never mind the actual stitches ($296, reasonable price) and Tetanus shot ($67) and a 7+ year old fee ($25) ? AVOID AT ALL COSTS AN ER IS CHEAPER GUARANTEED

I have to say this place is amazing! They went out of there way to help tonight. I should up literally at the last minute and even though all staff had a very long day they stayed, and got in and out. They def saved me an all night event to the emergency room. Thank you!

Brought our daughter with an ear infection down to see a doctor and were refused because they were closing soon. We got there while their doors were still open and yet they turned away a crying kid in pain during their listed hours.

Horrible experience. Very rude and unprofessional. Doctor was yelling at me because I wanted to try homeopathic remedies. Did not use gloves and kept door open during my uncomfortable visit. Will be reporting.

No wait. Nice, decent doctor. Simple intake process. Convenient location. They take some state insurance but not all-call 1st.
