Find another location or doctor. Staff is easily frustrated by questions, which you have a right to ask. Dr. Pinto made a lot of referrals, but provided no information to those referrals - there is a general lack of cohesiveness. All responsibility is on the patient. Minor oversights such as sending me over an hour away to get blood drawn - why? No reason. Its on me to get on the phone and figure out where I need to go to get tests. It was on me to find another referral when the first one was terrible. If your primary cant do this, why have one???

Let me tell you about this place. I called for an appointment, was told they didnt accept my insurance. A few weeks later, their doctors were listed on my insurance site. I went to see one...no issues. Called today...was told AGAIN they dont accept my insurance for my daughter. You can tell a LOT about a doctor by the staff he employs.
