I was diagnosed with diabetes. I went there because I am unemployed and have no income. I was told that they are "GREAT". My average blood glucose level is 270! My a1c is 9.1, I have not seen the doctor at all regarding the diabetes and the nurse practitioner has seen me once. It has been 2 weeks. They ordered tests at NSMC for the hernia. and had an a1c test done in the office on my first visit so the do know what my score is.I also have lactic acidosis. So far my diabetes is completely uncontrolled and raging. They were supposed to call me to make more appointment to get to the diabetes and lactic acidisis. Nothing. No contact...No prescriptions ... No treatment.... I am leaving them. Monday I will call them and say goodbye. I can not say how good they are because I havent received any services other than an initial visit and an a1c test and a barium swallow test for the hernia. But no call back... Diabetes is not something to lay around and think about. This lack of concern could cost me foot/leg or hand/arm if I do not go somewhere to get some help. Do not go there if you need actual help for a medical problem. It will not be addressed. Word to the wise avoid them unless you have NO choice.

I have been going there off and on over the last 20 years for my boys and I. I have a rare heart condition, and they have been very informative and work my cardiologist to keep me on track and make sure I am doing what I am supposed to. I have been treated with more respect there than anywhere. Not that anyone likes doctors, but I have a phobia, and even before walking in I get palpitations and my blood pressure increases. But they have eased my problem somewhat and even gave me the confidence to lose 50 pounds. Another commenter mentioned about the revolving doctors. And yes, thats the only thing that makes me sad. But due to the specific care I need, each one informs the next, and no one is left out of the loop. Sorry so long, but in my eyes, they really deserve more stars.

If I could give this place a negative rating I would give it a negative five. Everything about this establishment is awful. Ive never experienced such poor customer service like I have in this place. No one every answers the phone, and when they do all you get is attitude and are constantly being either put on hold or rushed off the phone. When you step in the place they people are short with you and barely smile at you. Youre lucky to ever get a good morning or good afternoon without having to pull teeth. Also, you have to constantly keep track of what they are doing because all the mistakes they make. Its frustrating that Im stuck going to a place like this because of insurance purposes. Just overall bad experience especially in dental.

This place sucks! Although my primary care provider is a Doctor, I have never seen him. Instead I have to wait weeks for an appointment with a nurse practitioner. They want me to schedule an appointment 5 weeks in advance to get a tetanus shot. If you are lucky enough to get the right person answering the phone, and present a compelling argument as to why you need care in less than 5 weeks, you stand a chance of haggling your way into an appointment within a reasonable amount of time. The office seems overworked and understaffed. For the amount of money I spend on health care, I shouldnt have to beg for an appointment. Im looking to change primary care providers pronto.

Wish I could give this place negative stars. I have been going here for a year and have had four different doctors due to them leaving. Must be for a reason.....First of all the place seems like nobody is running it and people that work there seem stressed, overworked and unhappy. I and my young daughter were witness to someone who was clearly an addict flipping out in the waiting room last time we were there. It seemed like there was absolutely nobody who knew how to handle the situation or any security at all. It felt unsafe and I absolutely will NOT return here. All of these reviews here clearly paint a perfect picture. Whoever runs this place should FIX THESE PROBLEMS!!!

Honestly, I think they are pretty good. My PCP is really informed, she works really hard to accommodate me into her schedule. As an anorexic, I have appointments once a month for blood work. They are always really sweet to me when I go in. When Ive needed emergency appointments, thet have been really good at getting me in. That said, they are very no frills. Youre not gonna get treated like the ruler of a kingdom. But thats not their job. They get you in, take care of whats going on, and get you out. And with how many people they serve, it makes a lot of sense. Im glad they havr made health care accessible for me.

Very long wait times even after i got in the room. I got burned from the catscan and the nurse said she dropped one of my vials of blood in the trash and needed more. I checked the trash and there was nothing in there. When she took the needle out she was in a hurry just yanked it out quickly and left. While i was getting dressed blodd started squirting out and I couldt find anyone to help me. I was yelling nurse nurse. Nobody responded. I had to walk barefoot on those disgusting floors inly to find the nurse relaxing in a dark room on her computer

Absolutely appalling. If youre looking for a health center that will care about you as a patient, this is not it. The staff is rude, inconsiderate, and wont even call you to inform you of a cancellation. Every visit to this place has been a nightmare, and each time it is because of a mistake by a staff member. Yet, every time they make a mistake, they treat the patients like its the patients fault. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place.

Patient for 19 years, chronic illness for approx last ten years- LEFT PRACTICE after 6 months of mistreatment, wrong prescriptions, and generally abandoned. Medical director Femino does not know difference between 1x/day and 2x/day, COO Malagrida has not returned call in 8 days, CEO has someone else returning her calls, but cant give explanation why no one there cares if I live or die, or why I was refused appointments, or ANY FOLLOW-UP.

This place is the worse... Dont go there... There will make you do unnecessary appointments so they can make more money.... Ive been trying to get a physical now for months... Every time I schedule an appointment, they say its for physical and then it turned out that it was not for physical... Now, they have a new boss called Raquel who let others, like secretary to make decisions for her... Its a disaster

Worst dr on earth.....my daughter cant start kindergarten with thw rest of her friends because we found out that in the five yrs going there they missed half her shots needed to start....all from physicals when she was 1....and they never corrected at her physicals in four years after....so now im working to have thos place sued and closed!!!!!!

Very not so proper service, been waiting months to b seen by a phycitrist. And every time I call and remind them its like they forgot or have to start over.
