Extremely poor service. Everyone (receptionist, nurse) was very nice, but I was left waiting in the room for over 40 minutes with no check in. Very, very unprofessional behavior and it is ridiculous to expect someone to wait the better part of an hour for a simple ear infection. I left and got a refund for my copay. I highly suggest not going here and not supporting a (probably) understaffed and clearly uncaring facility.

Went in for extreme back pain that has lasted 3 weeks. Got there as they opened, was brought in quickly. There was no physical assessment made, only x-rays ordered... 2 minutes after xray was completed doctor comes in tells me my xray looks "fine" and prescribes me muscle relaxers and tells me Im good to go... happy my back isnt broken, unhappy that they focus more on the "express" than the "health"

5 STAR + Called @ 7:02 PM on a Tuesday night from Rt. 3 South Norwell, MA regarding sharp ear pain, prompt checkin / co-pay, nurse saw me right away, waited 1-2 minutes for Doctor, "Swimmers Ear" diagnosis / script called in, 7:18 PM in car on "hands free" cell call to that CVS was already processing script for drive thru, home by 7:28 PM including stop @ 7/11. Waited an hour to be seen, despite arriving at 10:07, 7 minutes after opening. Waited another hour to see Dr Patricia, who was accusatory, rude, condescending and short. Only came here at the recommendation of my Dr, who I am seeing on Thursday does not have weekend coverage. She asked me why I am skipping around to different doctors. Really? Seriously. No worries I will never go back.

The clinic has a contemporary feel with the medical staff (nurses & doctors) standing in an open space surrounded by computers and paperwork & patient rooms as you walk in the door to the receptionist . ( a friendly feel, not often set up like this in other clinics.) View pictures taken. The service is very fast and friendly especially Dr. Sullivan.

They see you quickly, but at a cost. They charged $423 for the first visit which is double what insurance is willing to pay. I was prescribed antibiotics and a cough suppressant. A week later I went back and they prescribed the same treatment that didnt work the first time. Im not going back, and I tell people not to go there.

Have been there twice now. First time was in Christmas Eve and second time was a Saturday morning. Both times I was taken in quickly, seen by the doctor promptly and out the door within 25 minutes. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. I would definitely recommend going there.

If you would like to be treated like a child and idiot, then feel free to come here. Dr. Sullivan is extremely, rude and didnt seem to care in the least. I would rather bleed to death then ever, ever go back here. If you are in need of health care do not come here!

I was seen right away and got diagnosed immediately and had X rays. Broken ribs. Everyone working there was extremely nice . Ive been there before and wouldnt go to any other place
