I went to hanover family health and urgent care with a painful and embarrasing injury. Dr Singh was able to see me right away, and provided the treatment that I needed. On my follow up, when I was frustrated with how my injury was healing Dr Singh took the time to explain what was going on even though I was venting my frustrations onto him. He even took a phone call when I had a misunderstanding at the pharmacy. I am extremely impressed at his professionalism in how he dealt with me behaving at my worst. I cant state enough how grateful I am for his help. The billing and check in process was very pleasant for me and they billed my insurance with no problems. His staff is very o.o d and professsional. I will definitely go to Dr Singh in the future if Im unlucky enough to get sick or hurt.

Dont be fooled--this is NOT an urgent care center. I looked them up when visiting from out of state. When I called in the morning to find out their hours, before I could even ask the question, the receptionist put the phone down, and I had to wait while she told someone what she wanted for lunch for two minutes. When I made it into the office, she told me that they are a walk-in clinic, not urgent care, so I couldnt be seen. After I called my insurance company, I had a simple question to ask her, which she couldnt answer because in the middle of her explanation, she answered the phone, and instead of telling the person to hold, she proceeded to share her cholesterol readings. I was very disappointed by the customer service at this office.

Am happy i went there, DR singh is a wonderful man, and the receptionist, sukki, if i spell her name right, is very helpful, ,i was comfortable there, so its a 5 star!

I would definitely recommend anyone to come see Dr. Singh. I was pleased with my examine. I was also very comfortable. The receptionist was also pleasant and helpful.
