Wait time way too long every time I go. Today will be my last. I walked out after a 45 minute wait. Staff unpleasant and waiting room crowded. As usual with overbooked clients. Ugg! Oh and when one finally gets in to see doctor one gets a perfunctory scan that leaves you feeling like something might have been missed. Changing docs.

I had a 2pm appt, brought into a room and told to change at 1:50p, told I was the first patient after lunch. Finally at 2:40pm the nurse practitioner, Cynthia, came in stating they had an "incident". No one during this 50 minutes came to explain the wait. I find this unacceptable service.

I have been a patient for two years and have had positive experiences every time I have an appointment. The wait time is minimal, the exam thorough, and the staff very personable.
