If you are seeking care here and can find it anywhere else go there. No urgency, No communication, No customer service, no one cares. After their negligence and carelessness led to furthering the damage on my body. This department has little to no accountability and luckily for me the doctors charged with my care almost killed me early in my treatment. All of this after I was told that MGH is where i should go because they are the "best". Now, Im out money, Time, Sick time, and Im no closer to a resolution for the reason I sought out treatment.
