I went to Dr. Reed a month ago for a very bad sunburn. I was never aware I would be going to his office that day, till my doctor in the same building wanted me to see a dermatologist asap. She called and he accepted. When I got into the office the nurses and ladies at the front desk were very kind. But Dr. Reed was incredibly rude to me, he acted like I was a four year old and questioned everything I said to him. I may only be 19 but I know whether or not i put sunscreen on and I know how harmful the sun is. I was alone at this appointment, and he springs on me a disease that i may have and wanted me to get blood work done asap. I was shocked at how rude he was to me, my grandmother goes to him and told me he was a wonderful man. I thought otherwise. I then went to the south shore skin center and they helped me so much and actually gave me a diagnosis for my bad sunburns and rashes. If you want a good skin care place where the Dr. treats you right, dont go to Dr. Reed.

Waste of time! A nurse, too preoccupied with iPad "patient/subject" entry, escorted me to a room and impatiently and begrudgingly listened to my concerns. She then asked if I wanted a body-scan, which then I asked if I needed one...she said "Well, do you want one?" With blank stares and hurried gestures, she went to get Dr. Reed, who entered with no introduction or greeting but simply another blank stare of "Yes? and your issue was?". I had never been to see Dr. Reed and was very put off and very uncomfortable. My issues were of no concern to him. Yes, they may have been minor but he acted as if I was wasting his time when I hadnt requested Botox. Well, he had wasted mine. I was not there for fun, but there to see a doctor, which I hate doing, and this reaffirmed my belief. Seek other dermatologist, or better yet, alternative methods..better for you anyway :)

I sought a dermatologist as a new patient, having never been to one before. Doctor Reed was one of few accepting new patients. Upon arriving for my appointment, I was told they had mistakenly scheduled me for their other office and that the doctor was at that other office that day. I was offered the choice of an appointment with a PA later that day or rescheduling with the doctor on another day. I opted to reschedule, specifically so I could see the doctor. A month later, I returned for my appointment with the doctor. I waited about 30 minutes in the waiting room until I was seen. In the end, I was never seen by the doctor, only a PA. The PA spent less than 5 minutes with me. I wont be back. Unfortunately, I cannot rate Doctor Reeds personally, as I never met him.

CHEERS to Dr. Reed and his staff! I have been a regular patient of Dr. Ken Reed for several years from cosmetic concerns related to me being in the public eye to more serious issues of health. His staff is professional and courteous yet somehow, at the same time, friendly and affable. This is definitely an attitude contagious from “the boss” himself. Dr. Reed, without exception, has always made me feel at ease and in good hands- calm yet meticulous in his care. He is one of those rare physicians who make you feel like you are his only patient in the time spent with him. This along with very little time in the waiting room and a spotless medical facility has made Dr. Reed my physician for life.

I visited with Dr. Rebecca Harland at Dr. Kenneth Reeds office, for an ongoing skin problem that I had for suffered with for years. She listened and had empathy! She tried a few different approaches, was patient and found what worked for me AND I AM COMPLETELY SATISFIED! Prior to finding Drs. Reed and Harland I had been seeing another dermatologist for YEARS and he did absolutely nothing and it costs me a small fortune for all the medications and visits only to have awful results.....NOT SO with Dr. Rebecca, she is AWESOME. I highly recommend Dr. Kenneth Reed & Dr. Rebecca Harland, no matter your ethnicity, color or skin problem; they are the TRUTH when it comes to dermatology!!!!

I just got out of Dr. Reeds office. I had a Nurse Practitoner named Cohen I believe. I hope I got that correct. My experience was excellent. He explained as he went through what he was doing in a methodical step by step way. When he found something he wanted to biopsy, he and the assistant who was also excellent (very professional and with a humorous Disney type shirt) told me what they were going to do, did it and told me what they did. I had two issues which were dealt with immediately and to my demanding satisfaction. I am big on Customer Service and a good bedside manner and these folks got it right. Highly recommended!

The worst doctors office experience ever. Dr. Reed had a guy with him taking pictures of me and I realized he was doing when he put his iPad on my face. I didnt authorize him to take pictures of my body. I told him to stop and erased immediately those pictures. The doctor told me there is nothing that can be done to solve my problem (according to him dermatitis) he told me to live with it! I have never had a doctor so unwilling to treat the issue. Please do yourself a favor and do not go to this doctor. I never write reviews but after this terrible experience I feel the need to let people know how bad this doctor visit was.

I was nervous and apprehensive to say the least about my surgical appointment. I had a "sty" on my eyelid most of my life, and knew it was time to have it removed. Every staff member at DermASAP, from front desk to medical assistants to Dr.Reed himself made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I was super nervous and they honestly changed the whole experience around for me! And, most importantly I suppose, my eye looks incredible with zero scaring or defect. What a crew they have here! A+!!

My friends, children and I have been a patient of Dr. Reed’s for years and have always found his care to be top notch. As a nurse, I can recognize a skilled clinician, and have had him operate on me several times without issue or scarring. His staff are professional, and his PA’s well qualified. I highly recommend Dr. Reed to anyone seeking a dermatologist or cosmetic skin care.

The Doctor and his help are excellent people and great at what they do. I would recommend anyone to go to him and his people as they are the best I known. I have been going to him for over 20..25 years. They are the best in there fields. Also they are very nice people to deal with. They are very caring and super friendly.

My appointments with the PA, Sam Cohen, have been very thorough and informative. I havent had to wait past my appointment times, and have actually been seen early for both of my appointments. Ive been impressed with my experiences and I would recommend this office to others.

Dr. Reed & Staff Probably the most efficient, kind care that I have experienced – always able to get you in for appointments – The care of Dr. Reed is great and associates very good at explaining care.
