Well, I started out in Plymouth about a yr and 1/2 ago, now Ive been going to Norwell office. I love the place, love the people, but had a frustrating experience. Im in the middle of a 2 different series of 5 treatments each and was given a price, of course as we began. Now the price has increased but I was assured I was "grandfathered in" by the esthetician. I told her I was relieved cuz "Im killing myself to do this." She again assured me, "no, ur grandfathered in. ( I realize this is not a necessity) but, Ive committed to it. As I went to pay first time the esthetician followed me out and told receptionist, Shivonne, shes grandfathered in to old pricing. Shivonne typed in the computer, so I thought she was putting that info in with my account. I didnt give it another thought....yet. 2 times later as I went to pay the receptionist, she charged the new price, so I sd, no, Im grandfathered in to original price. She goes back to ask esthetician. I hear her yell at the esthetician, "WHY would she be grandfathered in!? Comes back and says yes, old price. Then I realizes, I think she charged me new pricing last visit also. So I say, "oooh, I think I paid new price last visit also then." So she says, "Ill go ask again" This time she comes back with esthetician who said, basically no,....cuz.... and ...1st treatment... no..like we discussed. So I paid, tho by definition grandfathered in means for the duration of... Id definitely not have agreed to simultaneous treatments. So, ASK questions and ask again, get it in writing, or u may be in the middle of something u can no longer afford. And as a side note, if they began a promotion while u had already signed on for treatments, u can be sure ud be grandfathered in to the old pricing.

WARNING - DO NOT GO HERE! Ive had Botox done for a couple of years with my dermatologist - Krauss dermatology in Wellesley. Ive never bruised. However Ive moved to the south shore and traveling to Wellesley can be difficult with traffic. So, I decided to make an appointment with South Shore Skin Center in Norwell. I was told by the receptionist that none of the MDs were available and she assured me that the nurse was "excellent" and "highly trained" and I would absolutely "love her". The receptionist was very nice and quite frankly, the NP was very nice. Im not using her name intentionally as I dont believe in cyberbullying. However, she neglected to push the air out of the syringe before injecting it into my face AND she nicked a vessel which resulted in SIGNIFICANT bruising. I called and spoke with the manager, Kristyn, who was at least empathetic. The MD who returned my call - Dr. Saad - was completely dismissive and said "eh, it happens". Ok yes, bruising can happen - BUT LOOK AT MY FACE. This level of bruising is ABSOLUTELY NOT normal. Im absolutely furious. So, apparently this place thinks its no big deal to cause a black eye for a routine procedure. South shore people, take the drive to Wellesley. They actually are highly skilled and furthermore, they actually care.

Nice people and nice facility, but my recent experience has put a sour taste in my mouth. I had an appointment for 9:30 and wasnt seen until 10:10. In my opinion that is absolutely ridiculous. There was no apology or acknowledgement of the wait either; Im typically very understanding of doctors offices running late, but this was unbelievable. If you do choose to go here Id advise you to clear your schedule.

I tried to make an appointment.. they will not take new patients for 4 to 5 months even if you have an emergency not the kind of doctors I would want to deal with. I thought Doctors where supposed to help people in need. I know I have precancerous growths but they do not care...

Excellent experience, start to finish with Dr Eisen. From diagnosis to a plan for treatment, and he had information for me every step of the way. It was very reassuring to have someone so experienced and knowledgeable. For Mohs I would say hes the absolute best!
