This is the worst experience I have ever had within a medical office. The office staff was completely incompetent, rude and unprofessional. I received two bills on the same day from the office with one bill telling me I was 30 days overdue for a bill I had JUST received! I also received numerous missed calls from their office within a two hour time span. Leave me one Voicemail and I will call you back, please do not keep calling! When the office did call me, they never introduced themselves on the phone and were very rude. They also promised they would call me after my biopsy results which they never did. I am extremely upset with my visit to Boston Dermatology and Laser Center and I do not recommend them to anyone!

I went in for a routine skin exam which was not even performed. The doctor was a female not even the doctor I that I made the appointment with. I felt very uncomfortable and was asked why was I here for a visit. Hello look in your file!!!! I then received a bill for a specialist co-pay, I am outraged mostly when it should have been a yearly exam. I can go on and on but this is a very unorganized practice and very cold and unproffesional.

Ive been going to Boston Dermatology for about 3-4 years now for laser treatments and skin checks. I have also tried Botox twice. I find the office warm, inviting and very clean. The office staff couldnt be any friendlier and the Dr. and PA I see there are top notch! Anytime I have had a follow up question, they get back to me right away. They will be my life long office for any skin issues!

This guy really knows his stuff and his manner is cordial and friendly but professional. He has been following me for several years now and I have always found his medical staff to be excellent. The administrative staff can seem aloof at times but only one individual has ever been even a little bit rude.

Wonderful practice! Easy to get appointments and very efficient once you arrive. Best of all, the doctors and staff deliver top notch care. Ive been a patient for more than a decade and couldnt be happier.
