My mother went to Autumn Woods for short term rehab following an illness, when she was released from the hospital. She received wonderful care. The staff, nurses and therapists were very caring and focused on her recovery. The facility itself is very clean and it is a beautiful environment to be in. They offer so many activities to give their residents an opportunity to interact with others and not feel secluded in their rooms. It was a pleasant and rewarding experience in the rehabilitation of my mothers health. She felt very comfortable and content there. If she should need a facility in the future, we will definitely go back to Autumn Woods.

My wife went to Autum Woods Health Campus after discharge from the hospital, she is still there, schedule release for home health care this Friday. We both absolutely recommend Autum Woods to any one in southern Indiana. Their care is exemplary, all departments have great personnel. The rehabilitation services are superior, the personnel excellent. Thank you all for all of your kindness, for Valerie and myself. May God bless you all.
