Walked in being the only here. Woman at the front was busy on the phone gossiping. All I need is a prescription for an already diagnosed health issue. Im watching her enter my filled out form after 20 minutes of listening and seeing her ask about some guy. I cant wait to leave jeffersonville indiana.

Horrible experience. My wait time wasnt too bad, but felt extremely rushed when I was seen. In and out in 5 minutes. Felt like they had a "youre not sick enough to be here" attitude. Wrong diagnosis and prescriptions that didnt help the symptoms. Later a specialist laughed at their diagnosis.

Here for just a drug test and I have to leave and go to work and the wait times are crazy long. Im not sure if Im going to even be seen at this point. Front desk people are rude and slow at their job. I wont be coming back here even for something as simple as a drug test.

3 1/2 hour wait, packed clinic with only 1 doctor, arrived at 12, and still waiting !!! Horribly slow ! Staff are friendly and Dr Lisa is awesome , but in such a busy location the Administration needs to really look at staffing what this clinic needs on a day to day basis.

wait times are atrocious. Not sure about medical care because 2 1/2 hrs later still have not seen the doctor. Saw the Dr. Dr Campisano is awesome but staff need to do a better job of informing patients if potential wait times and alternatives

3 hours later and I still havent been seen by the doctor. This is an every time occurrence with this place. Every other nortons has been busier and still get me in and out within 2 hours most. I will never go here again.

Asked when my last period was when I am clearly a male. Told me she repetadly walked past my room by mistake. Didnt give an explanation for my symptoms. Dont go here theyre nothing more besides quacks.

Wouldnt help me with my tricare or even try. Went to Floyd Urgent Care on Charlestown Rd and got exceptional care. Worth the extra ten minutes of driving.
