My kids have been patients at Best Nest since we moved to Frisco, 3 years ago. We chose Dr. Terry based on her experience and have been extremely happy with the care that we receive. Dr. Terry is always very thorough and takes the time to explain any issues in detail. The kids love her because she is always so full of energy! We have also met with Dr. Harn and Dr. Knapp over the years, and they are wonderful doctors as well. We have never had an issue getting a quick appointment and Dr. Terry will even take calls on the weekend for urgent issues. Wonderful staff as well....couldnt be happier.

Bestnest Pediatrics is simply the best Pediatricians/Staff in the Frisco area! I would highly recommend them for their outstanding service and care. Our children see Dr. Terry who is always attentive and goes out of her way to help in anyway possible. Dr. Hingle, Dr. Knapp, and Dr. Harn are all great as well! Recently they went above and beyond with customer service and we can not thank them enough! If you are searching for a Pediatrician, please give Bestnest a shot you will not be disappointed.

Dr. Knapp is an extremely smart, competent physician and also a warm, kind, compassionate person whom my children adore. She truly listens and is never rushed, dismissive, or impatient. Her office is very well run and has a great staff. Shes great for older kids and tweens who still need Mom around but are conscious of their dignity and dont want to be treated like babies.

She is wonderful! I never feel rushed or like my questions are stupid. She is very thorough and gentle with the kids. She prescribes medicine but is ok with alternative treatments. She is also ok with a delayed vaccination schedule. We found her after having a bad experience elsewhere. She diagnosed my son after 2 other pediatricians couldnt diagnose him. She is great!

Dr. Terry is a wonderful Pediatrician who clearly loves the babies and children she treats. My 4 year old son loves her. Several times shes gone above and beyond to make sure he has gotten the best possible care. Her nurses are also fantastic as are the rest of the doctors in her practice. I couldnt entrust my sons health to anyone better.
