From the experiences in the past with Medical facilities, I have found they can be very inconsistent in what to expect. We just moved down to Texas about 4 months ago and needed a replacement for our Pediatric Care needs. I can honestly say that what we found with Dr. Cavalier and her staff at Joy and Crown exceeded all of our expectations !!! From our arrival to our departure at check-out we were treated with courtesy, respect and integrity; all while maintaining a warm and welcoming feel that is hard to find in the medical profession today. The facility is kid friendly and very soothing for the little ones. We were greeted and attended to by Christine and her Mom who could not be sweeter ! They had our information ready and spear-headed our care with effective and clear instructions over the phone and with forms ahead of the visit. This made life so much easier for us. At the beginning of our visit we met Dr. Cavalier in the waiting room. At this point we already knew we had made the right decision. From the beginning she provided us with in depth information to answer all our worries. The visit with filled with learning, and we felt empowered by the information we received. Dr. Cavalier provided us with information on how to reach them after hours and through their patient portal that is super efficient to use from our experience. We felt what pushed Joy and Crown above and beyond is the level of detail that they dedicated to our children. Detail oriented care along with compassion created an idea within us that Joy and Crown had the formula to success in the medical field. All this was done while leaving behind the scary concepts associated with a doctors office visit. I am pleased and extremely confident that we have found an office that is suitable for our children. A perfect fit for our family and we are thankful. My comfort level with this site is 10/10 ! My wife and I are pleased to have our children in the kind and professional care of Dr. Cavalier and her pleasant team over at Joy and Crown. I believe it goes without saying that we HIGHLY recommend this site for all your pediatric needs. I am more comfortable today knowing that we have them on our side for our medical needs. Doctor Cavalier is awesome! We feel so lucky and blessed to have her as our pediatrician. She is knowledgeable, attentive and caring. She has a great relationship with our children, spends time getting to know them and is never in a rush. When not with her for an office visit, she is extremely communicative via the patient portal, addressing each of our medical concerns with clarity and timeliness. She also has an incredible support staff who go beyond the call of duty to deliver excellence in healthcare - truly a refreshing experience!

I was looking for a new pediatrician for my daughter because I wasnt satisfied with her previous dr. I couldnt be happier, the office staff are so friendly, and the office itself is very nice and CLEAN. Dr Cavalier has a great bedside manner and is so great with my daughter. She doesnt always succeed in calming her down, but that doesnt stop her from trying. She explains everything well and doesnt make me feel like Im over reacting. I have switched to her permanently and I feel I definitely made the right choice.

If anyone has a negative comment, my only thought is that she posted it on the WRONG practice. You couldnt ask for a more caring, loving and knowledgeable doctor than Dr. Cavalier and if someone was rude to any of her patients or their families, they would be standing in line now, trying to find a job. Ive known her for over 13 yrs and KNOW 100% that her patients are truly blessed. My daughter is still here because of her and loves her to pieces. She goes over and beyond what most expect from pediatricians.

Doctor C is amazing with kids,she spent almost 45 minutes with my son ,she made him so comfortable with everything.Her staff is very friendly. I heard about this clinic through a friend and wanted to give a try,i am so glad that i found this clinic.You also get same day appointments ,incase you dont get appointment ,you can go ahead and explain about your kids condition on phone and they will advice you ,they will also try to squeeze in time and schedule an appointment.Best doctor ever.

My kids have been going to Dr. C for over a year and a half (right after we moved to Frisco). Whenever we need to go in for a sick visit they get us in right away. The waiting area and exam rooms are immaculate and the doctor and her staff are amazing with the kids (and moms too). I cant say enough about this pediatric staff. If I could give 10 stars I would.

My husband and I absolutely love Dr. C and her staff. She really takes the time to listen to a new parents concerns. She is very responsive over phone, email and her portal which made the experience of being her patient as easy as possible. We would highly recommend anyone to this practice as this been one of best experience we have had with a medical practice.
