I brought my 2 yr old twins in last week. Both were screaming, and my son started vomiting everywhere in the parking lot. Before I could even walk in the door, a young man saw me from behind the counter and ran to open the front door for me. He then set next to me, asked me verbally for the information he needed, and actually filled out my paperwork for me so I could I calm my babies. As he was helping me, a nurse came out with wipes, and helped me get myself and my kiddos cleaned up, and asked if I needed her to hold my baby girl while I changed her brothers clothes. They had me in an exam room within 10 minutes and the nurse practitioner that examined my twins was amazing- she spent 20 minutes answering my questions. I was so impressed with how caring and kind the staff was. We will be coming back for sure!

Service is average. If you are a self pay patient, you might as well just hand over your wallet blind-folded when you get there. Everything else you purchase and are not satisfied with in this world, you would get your money back or be provided with due service you deserve. Not with doctors!!! They prescribed antibiotic eye drop which did not work. Now they want me to bring my 2 weeks old boy back again and pay another $100 and not provide a follow up visit without a charge. Its our fault! We tolerate doctors and think they are above the law and allow them to disregard our satisfaction or accountability for the services they provide. Why not just call them Gods!

II had a wonderful experience at the Preston/Forest location on Sunday evening. My poor kiddo was vomiting at home when I noticed her rubbing her ears. Fearing that she had an ear infection, and the fact that she couldnt stop vomiting, I packed her up and headed to the Dallas PAH location. We were greeted by a friendly receptionist, another lady who ended up checking us out and who politely cleaned up my daughters mess in the waiting room, and a delightful Dr. Bala. While taking the baby to urgent care is never something I wanted to do, I could not have been more pleased with the staff and medical care team. We were in and out in about 45 minutes.

We have been maybe 5 times and have never waited longer than 10 minutes (usually less) and are out the door in under 30 minutes total. Its clean, the check-in process is super easy (especially if you have been there before), the waiting room always has kids movies playing for entertainment and the staff is very nice. When dealing with a sick child at night its always the greatest gift to have a smooth and quick visit and to be back out the door to the pharmacy. An added bonus is that its in the same parking lot as a 24 hour CVS so its extremely convenient. I wont go anywhere else when my son is sick and his pediatricians office isnt open.

After viewing past reviews we were hopeful that when our son was feeling miserable with nearly a 104 grade fever that we would also have a good experience - not so. There wasnt a single soul in the facilities but us, yet 30 minutes later the front desk could not tell us when our son would be seen. We finally left for a better facility who saw us within 5 minutes! In the end, VERY disappointed that we wasted our time here but very glad that we found a place that was fast, clean, courteous, efficient... well, Ill write a review of the better facility not too far from this one that I would highly recommend.

I always bring my little ones to this facility when they are feeling sick. Its clean, kid friendly and their staff is very nice and always helpful. The doctors are great and really care about the kids. The best thing about it is you never have to wait long.

Very rude and unprofessional, Just because they didnt accept the insurance we have it is unacceptable to just walk away from someone. I did fill out my patient demographics online there for someone should have contacted me before I came in.

The staff was awesome! We where in out in a decent time. $100 for the visit with no insurance and $35 for a strep throat test is very reasonable for some one who has no insurance, in my opinion. Highly recommend this after hour clinic!

me and my husbands baby boy was very sick a couple nights ago and the ER was closed so we decided to come here. it was an amazing experience, as soon as I walked in I was greeted with compassion. I was in and out about 20 mins.
