Dr. Covy and his staff at Oak Pointe are great! We have known Dale for 20 years when we first met him with are first dog. Dale and his staff were there for 15 years with our dog, he and the staff showed compassion when it was time for us make the decision of laying to rest our beloved Lab. After some time we got a new dog, and our visit yesterday was like old times. This morning they followed up with a phone call to make sure our new puppy was fine. The Dale and the staff is friendly, helpful, and take the time to discuss any issues with your pet. The place is very clean, service is always prompt, and they make feel right at home. We would recommend them to anyone with a pet.

"I called in to find out if I could get my dogs nails trimmed. They said I could and even said I could come down that same day if I had the time. I did and they took care of me and my dog quickly and courteously. I called Oak Pointe because they were close to home and I hadnt been using them as my normal vet, but because of this positive experience and some negative experiences at my normal vet, I am considering switching all of my dogs care to Oak Pointe!"

Everyone was extremely nice to work with and treated my puppy with so much love and care. You can tell the difference between someone who just shows up to a job and someone who loves what they do. I definitely feel the Dr. and all of the ladies love what they do. Dr. Covy is so sweet with my puppy and is patient with my millions of questions and concerns. I took my dog in about 6 weeks ago for a grooming and they skinned him really badly bad enough I had to get antibiotics from the vet. I would not suggest to any of my friends to take their pets there. I was highly highly disappointed. My dog is 5 years old hes been groomed every six weeks his entire life and he stands still and does a good job I dont know what happened to him at this place.
