Very unhappy about the toxic medication they continue to give to small dogs despite all the bad reviews. Nothing sounds as if it was resolved. So y try going to them. Clearly by the reviews they wont learn until a bigger stink is raised. UPDATE I CALLED YESTERDAY WITH ALL MY CONCERNS AND THAT SHE IS NO BETTER. Receptionist took a msg and said I would get a call back from a vet or a vet tech. NO ONE CALLED NO SURPRISE so I took her to her old vet who said this stuff and that place is not good med not good for little dogs IV fluid medication for her stomach being upset and her not eating for 18 hours or drinking and another Benadryl shot. Shes made a little bit more Improvement as of day three. Calling BBB channel 8 and talking to an attorney. Someone needs to make them hear concerns cause they really dont care.

Horrible. I went to purchase heartworm prevention and was told I cant be helped because she has people on hold on the phone. She finally got to me and told me she cant sell it to me because they need heartworm tests. I said they shouldve had that done at their annual 2 months ago. She said they didnt because I declined the test! I would NEVER decline that! They took my dogs into the back "to do blood work" which I thought was weird. The vet never even came into the exam room. And apparently while in the back, they didnt even do the blood work!!! Also, they encourage drop off appointments and at one of those, they did my dogs nails without consent and ever since he will not let us near his feet without a struggle. Do NOT take your dogs here. Its not worth it.

Just moved back up to the area, took my dogs in for a teeth cleaning. I have their Optimal Wellness Plan, so it didnt cost me anything, which was great. They handled my boys very well, even my tiny skittish dog who hates any vets office. When I told the vet tech my tiny boy doesnt walk with a leash on his neck (he wears a harness, to prevent trachea collapse) he carried him to the back room. The vet tech was calm, reassured my anxious boy, and for the first time in quite a while he didnt shake in fear when handed over to a stranger.

Well I took my dogs here today for the first time .was happy till I put the first shield trio on my 5 pound dog . She is having a bad reaction to it . So I get in line and literally 100 s and 100s of reviews of Banfield still giving this product to to small dogs despite all the complaints. What do u get out of it ? The majority of the symptoms r all the same . This is a problem !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so pissed that this is such a big problem and they still use it

I have been going to this vet for 2 years now. There are only a select few who care about the animals and the customers. My fiancé and I have had to fork out hundreds of dollars because the left hand doesnt know what the right one is doing! Needless to say Im sick of being misinformed and not knowing what Im paying for! Were up for renewal of our wellness plan this month and I highly doubt we will be. Ive filed a report with the corporate office.

I hate Dr. Eden. I always request Dr. Rose. Eden couldnt diagnose a simple URI or worms in my kittens. She also yanked on my 4 week old German Shepherd puppys leg, made her cry, and told me it was hip dysplasia. Umm, I wanted to body slam this hag. Pulled my Wellness plan and went elsewhere. Best decision I ever made. Dont trust these people with your pets.. They dont care.
