We took Madison, our pointer mix to meet Dr Russo for the first time yesterday. We were extremely impressed with her, Delilah and Katie. They were very patient and caring and took their time explaining everything to us. Madison was more than a bit anxious yet they calmed and handled her with ease. We love the "puppy portal" to access Madisons medical records online, review all the information given to us and check on her test results. Scheduling was a breeze and they even called us back today to make sure Madison was ok and see if we had any questions. We highly recommend Dr Russo and her staff!

Was looking for a Dr. that would look at my very sick dog right away and West End Animal/Dr. Russo did just that. Even the vet I was using for our newest member of the family would not work her into their schedule and if not for Dr. Russo we would have lost our sweet Abbie as she was indeed very sick and ended up on a steroid treatment for almost 6 months to get her back to her normal self. The office is clean the staff is super friendly and I have recommended West End to anyone who is looking for a reputable and affordable vet. Highly recommend West End Animal Care! Dr. Russo is the best!

I took my dog in because of a lumpy growth on his paw. All the staff members were so sweet to him and answered any questions I had and were very helpful in helping me with payment options. I had also come to them a while ago when my pet rat was having trouble breathing and needed immediate attention. I was so thankful that Dr. Russo was able to treat her, and in short notice, because its hard to find vets who can treat pet rats. This will be my go to vet clinic for my dog and rats!!!

I absolutely love this animal clinic! The staff is always very helpful, polite, and always goes above and beyond to make sure you are getting the best for your fur baby! I always feel comfortable and at home when I bring my sweet kitties to the vet. The staff always takes care and handles my fur babies with love. The staff treats our fur babies like they are their own. Ceaser has left us in this world~suddenly and I thank they staff here for their time and words that have helped me. Best surgeon ever. Cleo just has some major issues taken care of and they have allowed her to feel like a puppy again. 8 years young. I have follow the Vet everywhere she goes. Because she cares about or babies and takes time with each issues.

Dr Russo and her staff are so very competent and kind. Dr Russo didnt hesitate to take the time to answer a question I had about my cat when I stopped in to pick up cat food even though I didnt have an appointment. I have taken my two cats and yellow lab to her clinic now for almost a year. I am very grateful we have a vet of her caliber in St Cloud.
