I have always had a pet growing up and have been to many veterinary doctors offices through the years. Pets R Family has set a bar so high and it is the best example I know of what a practice should and could be where so many others miss the mark. Dr Deckard and her team have a great deal of pride in their work and their passion for animals and the families of pets shines through. I trust her and her team in the care of my four legged baby! I dont know of any other practice that has also worked tirelessly to give back to the community, to help all kinds of injured animals, and engage our youth to develop and provide educational opportunities. This is a successful team we all could learn something from. Just step through their doors and you will know exactly what I am talking about.

Unbelievable!!!!!!!!!! Dr. Deckard and her staff go ABOVE and BEYOND...My Wife and I have been going there for over a year now with our AussiePoo. Friday night 3 minutes before they closed(5:30) I called for our sons Lab whos face was all swollen from being bitten by something. His vet, which is open til 6 and 3 miles from his house refused to see them, told him to call the emergency clinic. Bear in mind, he was not a customer of Pets R Family(he is now) but the receptionist after speaking to Dr. Deckard said they would wait for him to get there. That is going the extra mile in my book. Thank you and keep up the excellent service-we will refer everyone to PETS R FAMILY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I could truly go on forever!! They have been there with us through the good and the bad with our furry family as soon as we came to their door with a sick rabbit.. Since then, they have helped us say goodbye to our beloved boy Juneau, who we cherished and will greatly miss forever! They helped us welcome out youngest boy who was a rescue and needed lots of love and care to get healthy and happy like puppies should be!! They are not just a vet.. They are a family and I honestly dont know what we would do without them. You will not truly understand until you see what I am talking about. Love love this vet. A neighbor referred them to me after moving to this area. Their office is beautiful and clean and I barely have any wait time before I see a tech or Dr. Deckard. My dog gets soooo excited to go here and everyone treats her with genuine interest and care. All the techs have been so sweet and knowledgable. Dr. Deckard is just the best - she is so kind and friendly and my dog looooves her. She always takes her time and doesnt rush...I trust her very much with my dogs care. The prices are very reasonable compared to other vets. I couldnt be happier...highly recommend!!

I just got done with my puppies first visit at Pets R Family. From the time we walked in to the time we left it was a friendly and caring experience. You can really tell the office staff enjoys what they do and they do it well. Dr. Deckard was so nice and very informative and you can just see her love for animals. When I received my first bill for an annual check up and vaccines for my cat, I was shocked how reasonable her fees are for services. She is extremely compassionate and loves all animals.

Dr. Deckard has been very thorough and honest with us about our two dog babies. In fact, another vet practice diagnosed our dog with heart worms and quoted a $1200 treatment. Dr. Decker determined that he was negative for heart worms and actually quite a healthy guy!! :) So thankful to have them near us!
