They do their jobs well but this place is a rip-off. They overcharge for EVERYTHING and push tests and procedures they arent necessary. I took my 2 dogs for their annual (which they get every year so they werent behind on immunizations and they needed no special tests performed) and the bill was OVER $800. When I asked for my dogs records (b/c I am going to a nicer and less expensive vet) they wanted to charge me for the records. Im sorry, but I have given you enough of my money already. Go somewhere else, your pocketbook will thank you for it.

Always have had the best experiences here and I pay the money for PIECE OF MIND! These doctors truly care for animals like their own, are compassionate and intelligent. Im happy to pay knowing my animal is getting the best care and diagnosis and that he is in good hands with his health issues. Sure I could go to other low cost places, but I dont want my animal treated with low importance and "just like everyone else"...its rare to find a doctor to treat your pet like a VIP in health and in sickness

Dr. Flood is the kindest and most intelligent vet I have ever been to. He is very easy to relate to because he truly cares about his patients and their families. His team is very welcoming and I always feel as though I get more service than I expect. We are so fortunate to have such an efficient, clean and pleasant practice to take our pets to. I wouldnt go anywhere else! Honestly!!

I agree with the last commenter that they are good but overcharge. My other concern is Googles flawed rating. Prior to this posting Google says 4.2 out of 5 stars; however, based on the actual ratings I come up with 68%. Thats more like 3.4!

Levi visits for his annual check up and I also bring him in for a bath occasionally, which he loves. It is obvious the staff cares and Levi is never nervous. From the reception area to the technical staff, they are professional and caring.
