Dr. Shah and her awesome staff took wonderful care of our kitten after we adopted her from the Orlando Pet Alliance. We needed a place to board our new addition for approximately 2 weeks as she was a Christmas present for our kids. The staff really grew to love her, and its obvious that everyone at Grand Oaks Pet Hospital loves and cares for animals. The location is super convenient, right in the heart of Dr. Phillips and the office is very clean. Dr. Shah was always patient and friendly, and she took her time answering all of my many questions. While being boarded, our kitten underwent a surgical procedure which she quickly recovered from with no negative side effects. Dr. Shah and staff, thank you so much for everything and we are thrilled to have found a wonderful vet for our kitty!

Dr Shah and the staff at Grand Oaks are wonderful and compassionate and genuinely care about their customers and their pets. They hold hours on Saturdays and Sundays when most vets dont, as well as evening hours. I brought my dog in on an emergency basis when my usual vet was closed, and received the utmost top level of veterinary care with special awareness to maintain a budget that I was comfortable with. My dog is doing much better now and I very much trust the diagnostic care provided by Dr Shah. I would highly recommend this pet hospital to friends, family, coworkers, and anyone else whom I care about! :)

I have had two experiences with Dr. Shah and both have been wonderful. In November 2014, on a Sunday, my 12 year old lab fell terribly ill and needed to be put to sleep. I was so fortunate to find Grand Oaks and Dr. Shah and her staff could not have been kinder or more compassionate. In my saddest hour I was comforted so warmly, it was as if they had known my dog and I all our life, not just for that moment. In July I brought home a new lab puppy and brought Ranger to Dr. Shah for his first well puppy visit. Dr. Shah is patient and kind and genuine. I am glad to be starting off a new journey with Dr. Shah.

I came to Dr. Shah after practices that were not providing adequate care for my boys. Her office was available on Sundays and within 1 hour of closing became available in an emergency situation for my boys. She is extremely hands on and knowledgeable. She is very thorough and does not rush visits. I always feel as though all my questions and concerns are answered effectively. My labradoodle can be very finicky and she handles him with grace. My toy poodle is very anxious and always calms him down. I would highly recommend Dr. Shah and her staff for anyone looking for your family members.

Im beyond upset. Made an 11:30 appointment, waited for 40 minutes then was told itd be another 30 minutes just to get my cat in a room. My cat has very bad anxiety, so making an appointment to get her in and out as quick as possible is crucial. Instead she was crying in the carrier for 40 minutes as three dogs were taken in to rooms in front of us. This was supposed to be the best solution for my cat. It just made an unnecessary day of stress for the both of us. Dont offer appointments if you cant keep them.

I was so impressed by the education and care! I didnt feel rushed or judged in the office. I am a young owner and even though I needed to be taught about the care for my pet, I felt that I wasnt being looked down on for not knowing. The office is beautiful and the doctor is so kind and knowledgeable. I will definitely be coming back. It is a great experience to get care for your pet and also learn how to better care for your pet.

After trying many places I finally found one that I was happy with. Dr. Asma is amazing, and the staff excellent! Arlene treats me and my family like a friend. They REALLY care and dont see us as just one more. Besides all that, the price is reasonable, they dont push us to do anything we are not ready to, it is super clean, it offers everything we need! The BEST ever!

Dr Shah is a life saver plain and simple. Along with diamond, they were able to help me and my year and a half old siberian husky. He was suffering from constant severe seizures and she prescribed him some medicine that stopped his seizures in 2 days! She is also very caring and sweet. Im glad I found her before I did anyone else.

She always explains her diagnosis and provides the right medications. Her pricing is reasonable and her staff is personable and professional. Truly a great veterinarian and vet practice.

Such a great vet with great staff. They are very kind and patient with my giant dog who tries to take over the whole office and my cat who is not a huge fan of being handled by people. Professional yet very personal service. We havent been going there that long and they already know exactly who we are when we call.

Doctor and staff were amazing! We had a last minute emergency and the doctor squeezed us into her busy schedule. We had previously gone to another vet the week before who did not remove our Deweys stitches and did not detect that he had severe ear infection in both ears! We will be going to Dr. Shahs from now on!

Dr. Shah does the veterinary care for all my foster pets and some of my personal pets. The hours are great and she makes room to see my cat when he needs to be seen in a hurry. She also sees my extremely difficult cat and does much better with her than the vet before. The office is nice and clean.

Best vet ever. Dr. Shah is so friendly, so caring. It is easy to bring Hildy for any issue, from the simple nail cut to vaccination, from flea/tick medication to food. All set with such ease. And they are open on weekends!
