Before, during and after Dr Vergel performed surgery on my 4 year old pit bull for a torn CCL, the staff at Crystal Creek Animal Hospital went out of their way to ensure she received the best care possible. After spending a considerable amount of time researching and speaking to other veterinary surgeons in the Orlando area, I chose Dr. Vergel because of his degree of knowledge for the particular type of surgery needing to be performed, and his willingness to think outside the box when considering the best tools and materials to use for the CCL Surgery. Prior to the surgery I met with the team who performed a thorough exam and entertained any and all questions I had, leaving me with a feeling of reassurance that Bella was in good hands. Almost a month and a half after surgery, Bella has regained full use of her knee and remains a healthy and happy four year old. I would recommend Dr. Vergel and his team for any type of veterinary care you may be considering for your pet, from the least invasive. to the most complicated. Marc Betts

I just adopted a puppy from a shelter and she came sick. We didnt have an emergency but my puppy needs a check up and NOBODY want to make space to see her (PetSmart was the worst) The said yes almost immediately after we told them the situation with our puppy. They stay with us after hours and check on her really quick. The Staff and the Vet treat her and treat us amazing. They really care about the animals! Thank you for everything and of course 100% recommend them. Its not cheap, not crazy expensive. The place is super clean, smells great, bathrooms clean and staff looking good!!! :D Thank You Crystal Creek! UPDATE: I have been in this place around 4 times and I cant be happier! My puppy is healthy and happy! She got her vaccinations ,check up and the staff help me with my questions!! I love this place everybody is always nice and helpfull :) We are going to stay with them and I hope to see them just for check ups and never for an emergency but I know that if we have to they will be there. Dr. Vergel is the best!! Thank you very much!

Crystal Creek Animal Hospital was such an amazing place to visit when I had an emergency with my cat. We called at 5:30 on a Friday night because my cat was unable to open his eye, and when we asked if we could get in that night they were more than helpful. They close at 7, and when we arrived at 6:30 the staff were all very nice and empathetic. They made me feel much better just being there. Our appointment ended up going until about 8:20 pm, and even though the vet and about 4 technicians had to stay late, they took their time, they were excellent with my cat and making him feel as comfortable as possible. Even though they had to stay so late they all were very nice and had great attitudes. They took the time to run the correct tests. All of this was done and we had never been there before as we just moved to Florida. I had a great experience and they will be my cats primary vet from now on. My cat is doing much better from the medications they gave us and we are very grateful to have found Crystal Creek!

I use to go to Mayfair in Kissimmee. This is a lot closer to were I live, so I thought I would give it a shot even though theyve only been open for over 3 months now. I took my dog to a doggy daycare for Christmas and she got really sick over the weekend. I took her to Crystal Creek Animal Hospital. The facility is very clean and well organized. The staff is polite and they did a great job with my dog even though she is quite the handful. There is access to a tv in the waiting area as well as in the patient rooms with animal planet playing which is nice to help pass time when waiting. Dr. Vergel is personable and great with dogs. There could be a number of things wrong with my dog and he offered a number of tests to help determine what was wrong. They also allowed me to choose which tests were right for my dog. Their pricing is competitive and I felt comfortable with the final bill. I will take my dog to them in the future for my vet needs.

We love our Veterinarian, Dr. Giovanni Vergel, he is so awesome. He not only takes care of our babies but when I call to ask a question, he always calls me back and offers suggestions. We went on a trip from Florida to North Carolina and we did not want to board the dogs (10 and 9 years old), so I had asked him for suggestions, which he called right back to give me some ideas because we really wanted our babies with us on the trip. The dogs did awesome on the long trip and because of Dr. Vergel we decided to take them. We had such a great time and we rented a cabin and the dogs loved being in the mountains. I would highly recommend Dr. Vergel for his caring nature and he has taken care of our pups for years now. He even performed an operation on my lab mix dog when she blew out her knee and Dr. Vergel did the surgery and to this day, she runs like the wind. Thank you to Dr Vergel and his great staff. What a great and awesome team!

They put coupons out but even after checking with staff PRIOR to making appointment for my cats declaw if I would be able to use the coupon and was told yes, after I drop cat off and pay for declaw package, they renege and say that the coupon cannot be applied for "specialty service." That receptionist was not correct is what I was told when my daughter went to pick up cat and was told she had to pay balance. Well your staff provides incorrect information shouldnt you honor what was told as I would not have added the expense prior to the holidays if that was the case. So for $49 they are losing business of 4 cats as well as 3 months old kittens next vaccine, neuter and declaw. Should not have left Hunters Creek Veterinary Hospital, I went to Crystal Creek because closer to home and doctor very nice but wont be returning as not honorable in prices given.

Dr. Vergel and his staff are the BEST! Dr. Vergel stayed until 8:30pm on New Years Eve to help us with my sick Shih Tzu. What Vet would do that? Especially for a first time patient from Michigan. I can honestly say that everyone at Crystal Creek has been so caring and compassionate with my Buster. Doc Vergel hospitalized Buster when he had Pancreatitis and I was so happy when Buster made a complete recovery. Buster was 11 at the time and we were afraid we would lose him. This past March Doc did surgery to remove Busters right eye that had swollen to twice its size. At the same time her removed and sutured a hematoma on Busters ear. After that Buster was so happy and even playful again. Just as Dr. Vergel said he would. You can trust Dr. Vergel to take great care of your beloved pet. They are a professional and caring Animal Hospital.
