Our dog liberty 4.5 years old dog means the world to us (all 90 pds of her). Liberty was one of 13 in her litter and as a result was born with a birth defect affecting one of her back legs. Since her weight has increased her other rear leg has been compensating for the birth defect putting a strain on her good rear leg. Liberty is the neighborhood watch dog and heard a dog and took off like a flash around the corner of our house, which is as far as she got. She was unable to walk. Bellalago knows Liberty very well as she was one of their first customers. They expertly assessed what had happened to her good rear leg. They calmed her down and she allowed them to physically manipulate the leg to determine the problem was her ligaments were strained. They gave her shots and we will be going back in two weeks to see about having x-rays to have the birth defect fixed as it has become arthritic.

We have been there one time in the past and it was fair, and i am being kind. It seems as though they are in it just for the money. At the end of the visit they will come in with a HUGE bill, which was stunning to us as Cooper had worms and the bill was 390. Then as she discusses this they are trying to sell us everything under the sun. To add insult to injury I just called their office to request some flea control i was told it is FDA requirement to see the animal a minimum of once a year to bet flea medicine. That is an outright LIE! Proof to you that it is about the money. We rescue animals and use a vet for the yearly care that is MUCH cheaper and just as caring if not more. Bellalago news to you I can get flea medication anywhere with no prescription. Also we have done this many times at your office and today we cant, lie lie lie. Everyone please beware.

My Dobie had a large growth on her eyelid. Due to size of the growth, part of her eyelid would need to be removed and would require drops twice a day forever, Dr. Young and her staff did, literally, an amazing job. She was able to keep enough of her eyelid and does not require drops. In fact, you cant even tell she had surgery. The staff is kind, gentle, knowledgeable and thorough. Walked us through the entire procedure, called as soon as surgery was complete and explained her condition. Follow up care, was just as thorough, along with random calls checking on her after she was relased. They truly treat each pet as if it were their own.

My dog had an ear infection but didnt show signs until almost closing time for most vets, we called Bellalago Veterinary Hospital and they were fortunately able to fit us in. Everybody in the office was so friendly and even though I have a less than cooperative big dog ( have you ever tried swabbing the ears of a dog with a painful ear infection) they were extremely understanding and kind to us and our DUKE! Very happy with the cost and they have great hours too! Honestly if you need a vet in the Kissimmee/Osceola county area I would definitely check them out!

For the most part Ive had a pretty good experience there .. however, when we brought our dog (pitbull) in last time we were asked to wait outside (it was 92 degrees out) because there was a lady at the register who was afraid of dogs .. mind you my dog was no where near her and not barking or anything she was just sitting with my husband .. I believe that was unfair .. its a vet .. a place for animals ..you should expect to see dogs there .. plus she wasnt the pet owner if she was afraid she could of stepped out side and waited

Very happy with their services! My 9weeks old had his first appointment and they took their time checking him over! He ended up having an ear infection and instead of just sending me home with drops they did a treatment in the office which at a very fair price ( anywhere else I know wouldve been way more). My puppy has been happy and hyper since that and I can see the mood change so I know he was uncomfortable. There is a bit of a wait at the appointments but for the care my puppy got I dont mind. Would recommend.

Great experience! First time visit was an emergency. They got me and my dog Jake in and were attentive to our needs. Tests were ran, Jake was treated, and price was fair. Dr. Young was very helpful and explained everything clearly, she also made recommendations for my dogs chronic illnesses such as allergies. She did not try to push services or products on me..she was just sharing helpful information. Her staff was friendly, kind and caring. I would recommend this facility.

Bellalago is a fantastic vet office. Everyone that works there takes pride in knowing you and your pet. Dr. Young spends time away from your pet doing more research to see if she can find every possible way to treat what is happening. I have never had my own physician care enough about me to do that, much less one care enough about my dog to do so. I will not go to another vet again as long as I can go to Dr. Young, Ashley, Melissa & the rest of the staff at Bellalago!

I have 8 pets and they all see Dr.Young. She treats her patients with love and care, as if they were her own. The staff is awesome and knowledgeable. You always get greeted with a smile. My dogs love the staff always happy to see them. Dr Young recently did hip surgery on my Akita and she did a great job. My dog is walking and playing as if he did not go through surgery. I highly recommend Bellalago Veterinary Hospital, I would not take my pets to any other vet.

We had a great experience at Bellalago Veterinary Hospital. The staff were very patient with my crazy German Shepherd. Though they were running late due to some emergencies (totally understandable), they let me know what was going on and that I had not been forgotten. The course of treatment the vet prescribed is already having a positive impact on my dog, who had been suffering from skin allergies. Get your appointment quickly, because they book up fast!

Great veterinary hospital! Besides the fact that its just around the corner from my house, which automatically gets points in their favor, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I have both a cat and a puppy that requires a lot of care, at least I think so, and so far theyve been able to address all of them. Getting an appointment on a Saturday, however, can be tough but theyre open late most weekdays which helps a lot.

Warm, caring, friendly front office staff who offered water and treats to all pets in the waiting room. VETERINARY assistant Ashley is caring and knowledgeable and great with our nervous pup during his first visit. Dr. Young was thorough and took her time with our diabetic fur baby and made him as comfortable as possible. We have found our new Florida vet care home for our 4 furbabies!

Today our female morkie had scratched her eye while we were out. Her eye was totally closed. Called the office at 4pm and they would not see her until the next day. One day with an eye injury without medication can turn into an ulceration if it isnt already. Wonder if Doctor knew that our she couldnt be seen. Poor service. We really need another vet in Ponciana that cares. Unbelievable.
