The hygenist and dentist are excellent but first you have to get past the ridiculous receptionist. I began in November trying to make an appointment for my daughter who has a bad tooth. EVERY time I called I was immediately asked to hold. One day I said NO and she didnt know what to do. So she placed me on hold anyway. I waited til February and decided to give it them a second chance. The receptionist immediately puts me on hold comes back to the line and proceeds to tell me why my insurance wont cover my daughter. I said fine I will pay for it she needs to see a dentist fast. She comes with my daughter needs a doctors note before she can even make the appointment because she is pregnant and she doubts that she will have a doctors note by the time her appointment arrives. I finally stated I will find a dentist with a receptionist willing to do her job and actually MAKE AN APPOINTMENT!! This is so very ridiculous and annoying. How do you even have patients with a receptionist like this?! My FAMILY and I have found a very ACCEPTING and CONGENIAL dentist!!! Save yourself the headache

ridiculous wait time, was scheduled for a 2pm appointment, watched one customer get up to leave due to waiting, when he tried to reschedule, he told them he was tired of waiting and had to go, they took him in immediately, another customer came in to pick up dentures, they told him to wait, after a short period he also went to window and told them he would have to come back, they took him in immediately, also found out while sitting in waiting room, they had approximately 4 other patients scheduled for 2 pm appointments, at approximately 4pm I told my wife If I wasnt the next to be called and someone else went through the doors I was walking out, they proceeded to call a 3pm appointment when there was still 2pm appointments waiting in reception area, walked out. hope your experience is better.

Staff is knowledgeable & friendly. At another dentist I was told that my implant would not be covered & would cost $2400, Dr. Yohos office staff was able to get it approved & paid for by my insurance company with minimal cost to me Bobbi Jo does awesome cleanings & scaling with no pain, and she chats with you about things which makes it seem like you are only in the chair for a few minutes. Both Dentists there are knowledgeable, and explain things in a friendly & easy to understand manner. Highly recommend this office for all you dental needs!

My family as well as myself have been going to Dr. Yohos office for years. I Had 4 impacted wisdom teeth surgically removed, 1 molar and 1 bicuspid tooth pulled by him and his staff. I was very comfortable and the procedures were almost painless, Pain meds werent necessary. Hell, I went right back to work the same day. Needless to say him and his staff are EXTREMELY Professional and Affordable. I will absolutely Recommend/Refer Yohos office to anyone needing dental work!

Dr. Ormaza was amazing. I have been scared to go to the dentist for 2 years but he honestly made everything better. I had to get two small fillings today and he was super gentle and kind. I couldnt have asked for a better expierence or a better staff. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. So glad I chose this office; cant wait to return for my cleaning. Finally feeling good about going to see a dentist.

My boyfriend went to a different dentist and spent over 5,000 for his dentures he had a bad experience with them and hes had 5 of his teeth fall out. I didnt spend nearly that much and had a great experience with Dr. Yoho and his staff. Love my teeth....
