While I dont like to go to the dentist any more than anyone else, Dr. Richards and his staff are so professional, so caring and do such a fabulous job that they make it a pleasure. He has been my dentist for several years and I have had many procedures done. This past weekend, I lost a crown from a tooth in the front of my mouth. I called early Monday morning hoping he could see me one day this week. Debbie, his office assistant extraordinaire, told me to come immediately and by 11:30 I had a brand new, beautiful crown. Such outstanding professional care is the norm for Dr. Richards. But what motivated me to take the time to write this review is because Debbie just called me at 7:40 tonight to see how I was feeling. Who does that? No other doctor or dentist Ive ever had. Kudos to Dr. Richards and his staff. They are the absolute best.

Went in for my regular, twice-a-year cleaning and they discovered I had a rear tooth that was breaking apart. Took a picture of it, showed it to me, and discussed my options. I told them I was leaving town for several weeks in the next few days. Dr. Richards said, NO PROBLEM, we will fit you in this afternoon. Back in the chair four hours later. Result was a fantastic experience, a perfectly fitting temporary, a pleasant attitude the entire time, and (best of all) NO PAIN! Moreover, knowing that it might be a few weeks before I could get back to have the permanent crown placed, I was shown how to clean the temporary if it came loose before my return, and given some dental epoxy to reset the temp if needed. I have had a few crowns done over the last 20 years. This was an exceptional experience.

Called to get dental tech to take a look at a troublesome tooth. Called in the morning, got seen at 4 PM that afternoon. Crown previously repaired was coming loose, decay underneath. Cleaned up decay, reglued tooth back in place. Seems to be working after several days. FAST FRIENDLY SERVICE!! Update: Glue only held for a couple of weeks. Tooth started to feel loose again. Got an appointment an hour after I called in. Dr. Richards removed loose crown, cleaned it up and installed two permanent posts in the base of the tooth to which the crown was reattached. No charge!!! They will do it right.
