Dr. Nelson is awesome! I just recently moved to the area. After going in for my regular teeth cleaning, my Dentist in Indiana diagnosed me with needing 10 cavities and 3 crowns. When I got to Florida, I went to Dr. Nelson for a second opinion. After a very comprehensive examination by Dr. Nelson, it was revealed I really only had 3 cavities and needed only 2 crowns. And, much to my surprise, my two new crowns installed by Dr. Nelson are very pretty. They look just like my original teeth! The one crown I had before is very ugly. Not only am I extremely satisfied with the quality of care to my teeth, Dr. Nelson’s staff is excellent. Kelly, his Assistant was very pleasant. Knowing I was anxious, she talked me through each procedure I had done. Every visit I had was painless! Through all the shots, drilling, and fittings, I really did not feel a thing. Karen was also extremely helpful as I have never gone to an out-of-network Doctor before. Since I was not familiar with how to file insurance claims, she helped me through the entire process and also provided me with an example of how to complete the claim form. The process sounded confusing and was overwhelming, but after Karen took the time to explain the process, it was easy and well worth the extra effort on my part. Dr. Nelson even took the time to follow-up with me via a phone call to see how I was doing that same evening. A BIG THANK YOU to Dr. Nelson and his entire staff!!! I have found a trusting, reliable, friendly new Dentist Office.

A local Clinical Psychologist in Tampa, my family and I have been patients of Dr. Nelsons for more than 25+ years. During that time we have undergone the many dental procedures that come with maintaining a healthy set of teeth and gums. By cooperating and working with Dr. Nelson we have avoided any dental emergencies. He and his staff attend to you with their "state of the art" diagnostic equipment. It appears to me that Dr. Nelson frequently upgrades to the most current diagnostic tools. My daughter and I have been going to Dr. Nelson for about 10 years. Even though there are tons of dentists closer to my house, I would travel far and wide to go see him. He has always come through for us when we have dental emergencies. Once my front tooth broke at night when I was 2 hours away from home. I called the office and Dr. Nelson leaves his home phone number on at night. I called him and the next morning I was sitting in his chair. I recently needed a dentist referral in NYC for my daughter and he gave us a great dentist who happens to be located 7 blocks away from her apt. I have had numerous caps and had to get a number of root canals; Dr. Nelson has always referred me to the best. He has also re-done 3/4 of my mouth, replacing my old silver fillings. In addition to a 100% responsive, reliable and fantastic job that Dr. Nelson does, his dental hygienists are fantastic, and his office staff are friendly and extremely competent. I honestly can not say enough good things about Dr. Nelson and his practice and on top of it all, Dr. Nelson is kind and concerned about each of his patients.

Jean Aug. 18, 2011 I am so happy to be a patient of Dr. Nelsons. Dr Nelson is the most professional dentist/craftsman I have ever dealt with. After having numerous oral surgeries with many dental specialists my problem was never resolved. Dr. Nelson not only was able to eliminate /fix the problem that never felt quite right for more than 30 years. Not only did Dr. Nelson rectify my problem area his professional craftmanship constructed the perfect bright white smile I have today. I am so happy with my new look and would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to deal with a real professional who will get the job done in a timely and effective manner. Donna, Debbie and his entire staff should also be recognized for the friendly atomosphere and professional and caring attitude. Dr Nelson in the best.....5 stars is not enough

Give your spouse a surprise, calm breathing, deep sleep. Heart patient - this is for you. Increased air exchange while you sleep. I visited Dr. Nelsons office few years ago for a consult, looking for a alternative for sleep apnea. He fitted me with SomnoMed. It works. I had the surgery before to try to to resolve my problem and it did not stop my snoring. Recently I had molar implants an went back for a new device. His assistant Frances is so attentive an friendly and made the process very easy for me. Im very happy with my new oral appliance, is very soft. It does improve the quality of my sleep. They make my appointments accordingly, sent reminders and most important they are on time. The professionalism and courtesy at this office will exceed your expectations. Definitely

I was diagnosed with sleep apnea a few years ago. The machine and mask had not been working well for me, and I became frustrated. I researched for other alternatives and found that Dr. Nelson has been treating sleep apnea patients with a mouth appliance for years with great success. I have been a patient now for more than a year and I absolutely recommend Dr. Nelson and his staff. They are fabulous and work very closely with their patients to make this process a success. After years of putting it off and doing plenty of research on options for aligners, I finally decided to get my teeth corrected. Dr. Nelson and his staff were amazing throughout the entire proces. He went above and beyond to makes sure I was happy with my results and I am extremey satisfied. He offers a variety of options including the Inman aligners that i was looking for. The process took 4 months and cost way less than what other Ortho/dentists were quoting because they have very limited treatment options to offer for teeth alignment.
