Expect to never actually see the dentist. I made an appointment while I was pregnant in my first trimester so I could have dental work done while I was pregnant since it is recommended. The first appointment they had available was after my pregnancy was over, and my full-term baby is now 3 months old. So around 9 or 10 months later, I worked around everything else that I had to do to keep this appointment since I waited so long for it. I lost income because of rearranging my schedule. Lo and behold, as my appointment date was drawing closer, I got a phone call and they said the appointment was actually a day after what I had written down all those months ago. There was no way for me to verify or remember whose mistake it could have been, so I sucked it up and tried my best to accommodate this new appointment date. My husband went to work too late so my older child could get to school on time, losing yet more income and reputation, so I could get to my long awaited dentist appointment. I got there with my now 3 months old baby and they turned me away saying I couldnt take my baby inside with me. All that for nothing. After this month I wont even have the same insurance, so it looks like Ill never get a dentist appointment again from this place.

I visited your office because the crowns on my two front teeth had broken. Your staff was very attentive and helpful. The employees I interacted with, especially Kassi Theshome, Dr. Oliver Roberts, Debbie, and Gina the office managers, were very compassionate, and interested in helping me meet my needs. Well yes everybody is nice and it pains me to leave but that doesnt change the fact that today was the straw that broke the camels back. We are a family of 5 (still paying off expensive dental work) and every time one of us goes there we have to wait from 15-20mn to more like 45. While I do understand that its hard to be on time in the medical field, I dont understand the fact that ALL medical places Ive been to so far seems to think that their time is more valuable then ours. So today was my last time at this location. I have to find another dentist for me and my family. Why a 20-30mn procedure takes 1-1/2 to 2 hours almost each time is beyond me but today I walked out after waiting for 40mn, even though she was apparently ready for me when I walked out; I suppose the next person in line got in on time....

I have been a patient at this dental clinic for 3 years. Dr. Roberts, Ellie and Debbie are really nice and it is clear that they care about me the person. Theres a new hygienist at the office (sorry, cant remember her name) but rest assured she is awesome and takes good care of me. These folks never seem to be in a hurry to get you out of the office like most dental and health care providers. I am always greeted with a smile no matter how busy the office is. I was so pleased with my experience at Coast Dental in Lutz that I transferred my two teenagers to this office. They are happy and thats saying a lot! I always hated dental visits but that is no longer true. I would recommend you give them a try. Thanks to All!

While Dr Roberts and Ellie are very kind and helpful, the rest of the staff needs help. The lack of communication between the back and front desk is nothing short of APPALLING. Several times I have sat in the waiting room an hour or more past my appointment time, only to be met with some sort of excuse as to why I have yet to be seen. As a working professional, my time, like many others, is valuable and I dont appreciate it being wasted. A simple phone call to advise they are behind would be nice. I am not one for excuses, or wasted time. Had I not paid for the services at a previous visit, I would have left and found another dentist. One who not only values their patients, but also their time.

Ive been going to this office for years and I must say this is one of the best dental offices Ive ever been to. Everyone is SOOO kind and welcoming, it completely takes the edge off of going the dentist. Dr. Roberts is extremely gentle and knowledgable and really takes the time to listen and figure out what the problem/ best solution is. All the dental assistants are super awesome as well, my favorite being Kassi. She always has a beautiful smile on her face and is also very knowledgable in her field. I recommend this office to all of my friends especially the ones with children as I know how difficult dental trips can be for kids. 5 stars all the way around!!

I have been a dental patient here since 2008. Dr. Roberts is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Debbie really knows her stuff when it comes to dental insurance. Ellie eases my stress by knowing good comfort techniques and having friendly conversation. I can count on them for expert advice on preventative care and dental products. They also understand budgets and family emergencies. They can help with appointment rescheduling and make recommendations for different payment plans. Next year, we will celebrate our 10 year anniversary. I will bring balloons instead of cake so I can keep the cavity creeps away. I love my Coast Dental family.

Victoria was the sweetest most helpful receptionist I have ever been in contact with. She is a such a people person and has such a great personality. She just lights up the room. Ellie and Kassie the assistants were very personable and friendly. They made me feel very comfortable. (Dentists offices always made me feel uneasy for some reason). Dr. Roberts was extremely thorough and took the time to explain everything to me in great detail to ensure I understand ( I like to ask alot of questions). He was very patient and gentle. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone I meet.

When I went to this office for the regular cleaning, I previously had all my dental work done just few months ago and there was nothing that I needed to have done. This office denied regular cleaning to me and recommended to do the $1,000.00 deep cleaning instead and several thousands worth of work on my teeth! They recommended replacing all my crowns, bridges, plus doing 9 more fillings (which I didnt need 6 months ago). I was shocked! I felt like I was in auto dealership, not the dental office. I wouldnt go there ever again, I just dont trust them.

I went to this office for my first adult dental check up. They said I needed 7 filings, a crown, a bridge, and deep cleanings. Mind you Im in my early 20s. A total of $10,000.00 I got the crown cause I did have a tooth ache. Come to find out I have a dental assisting program with actual dentist at my school and I only have 2 cavities that they recommended a fluoride treatment to take care of them. I also went to my orthodontist and he told me that I am way too young to get a bridge to straighten my teeth. So this office is just MONEY HUNGRY!
