Waiting time has never been very long. Never need an appointment & open 6 days a week. Staff is very courteous, helpful, friendly, & knowledgeable. The two D.V.Ms Dr. Kristin Heatherly & Dr. Patricia Futoma I use are fantastic. They have been excellent with my dog "KEYSIE". Helping with what ever her problems or concerns were. The techs/assistants were also informative & very caring with "KEYSIE ". Plus, the staff out front takes the time to speak with you & gets to know you. Not only as the dogs owner, but as a friend. I would highly recommend all of them as they are a great asset to the community. Ive been there multiple times for "KEYSIES" concerns & regular check-ups & always a nice & pleasant experience. THANKYOU VERY MUCH, * BLUFFS ANIMAL HOSPITAL * couldnt make it without you ! JIM

Open at 7 am. But dont show up at 7 and try to explain what is wrong with your pet and why you came in. No doctor until 8 means you cant tell office attendants what your came in for. Lack of patience or compassion for a medical facility. The women at front desk was very short and rude for a person in customer service. We were cut off three times when trying to explain what was wrong with our dog? She just kept repeating "theres no doctor in until 8". Im not sure why that meant we couldnt check in and give details of why we were there? Very odd approach for the person greeting your customers.

Great friendly staff. Fantastic vets, mostly been dealing with Kristin Heatherly very competent and calm. They are all however very knowledgeable and do their utmost to take care of my furry babies and take time to share and explain to me what is happening. Love their system that you do not need to make an appointment, just come when you need to come. Wish I had found them before!

Love love love it here! They are always so welcoming and caring. They have taken such good care of my baby Schmit! We have seen three different doctors and they are all awesome! They have answered every question Ive had, even the silly ones. You can feel that they genuinely love the animals and want whats best for them. Thank you to all of the staff!!

Amazing people!! You can tell how much they care about you and your animals. Meredith is such a kind person and Dr. Spiker is the best. He was genuinely concerned about my little dog Remmy and showed him so much love!!!! I will forever bring my pets here!

I really cant say enough about the friendly staff, excellent care and pleasant atmosphere at Bluffs Animal Hospital. I found them to be no more expensive than anyplace else and the service was exceptional. My pets will be taken here from now on!
