I had some frustrating issues with my childrens CHIP insurance and many places no longer taking United Health Care through them. This is one of the few places that has a wide variety of insurances theyll take along with--from what Ive both seen and read--help others with little to no insurance and work out affordable billing and payment plans with their patients. I had to take my 7 year old son here and while they do NOT do same-day-call-in-and-make-a-appointment, they do accept walk-ins before 4 pm. I expected a long wait and we were in the doctors room within 20 to 30 minutes which is more than acceptable for a walk-in waiting time for me. My only reason for not giving a full five stars is while the doctor and nurse who worked with me directly were pleasant, most of the other staff were a bit rough around the edges or flat out ignored me while I was trying to turn in my sons insurance card for them to copy. I ended up standing at the receptionist window for some time with three women looking directly at me but never said a word until the main receptionist showed up again. Even a little "someone will be right with you" as confirmation youve been acknowledged goes a long way.

PHC does not deserve not even ONE star, too bad I cant give 0 stars. Did you guys get a new receptionist because the one that you guys have, giving attitude and the longest waits, will drive all your patients away. That is why I will not ever go back again and tell my friends and family for PHC to be the last place to go. Nobody wants to deal with attitude. The receptionist needs a Customer Service class, shes too busy on the phone to take care of her job. When you go in she doesnt even check you in as she should, not until shes done with her personal business or she feels like it. The nurse asked me if I had just gotten there, and I said no it has Been over an hour, and there was only like one other person before I got there. The nurse didnt have any more patients, and she said that she would mention that to the Dr. But apparently they dont care about taking care of their patients, the receptionist is still there and hasnt changed. Maybe they just dont want patients, if so AWESOME, keep up the great work!!!!!

Beyond frustrated with this office. Received a bill in the mail last week (first week of January) for a service my husband received in October. I called to ask about it and they told me to come into the office. I went today and waited over half an hour just to speak to someone. I approached the desk for the third time (after being told "just a minute" the first two times) and told the woman I had a question about a bill I received in the mail. She responded "well its a bill; you pay it; I dont know whats confusing about that". I came home and after thinking it over I decided to let the office manager know about the rude and incompetent staff they have at this office. I called and the girl who answered "tried" to connect me to the manager but she "wasnt available". She told me to call back in an hour (this was at 1pm). I called back at 2pm, 2:30pm, and 3:30pm and no one will answer my call other than their answering service.

The doctor and nurses didnt listen to anything I had to say. The doctor only checked me for about 5mins, when I explained to her how and where my pain was and what I believed might be the issue she didnt send for any tests to be run based on my concerns, but sent the nurse to tell me about a 75$ pain shot and a blood test that wouldnt even look into why there was pain in my lower abdomen. They completely ignored my requests and just wanted to get money out of me. Do not go here, they have no concern for their paitents or why they are even there.

on my last visit i waited 7 hours to talk to a doctor. I did not even talk to a doctor within that time frame. I was instead pawned off on a nurse practitioner. Every time I visit this place the only doctor on staff is doctor Allison. I have received nothing but contempt from this doctor, and I get mistreat by her every time I visit. please do not give these people any more buisiness.

This has been the worse medical experience Ive ever had. I had my appointment set for 10:30 am. I sat in the waiting room till 11:55 am. After asking multiple times when it was my turn, the response was always "youre next." The doctor did not come in to see me until 1:30 pm. She was with me for only about 7 min. If you can avoid coming here please do!!!

This review is for the dental department.... they were fantastic. The wait was very short, the staff was very helpful, and the dentist was awesome. She was very thorough and made this the best experience I have ever had with a dentist. I really had a good experience with them.

This place is just awful, rude people. One nurse had came in & asked what medication i take, i gave her the name & then this other rude nurse came & asked whats the name again, do you have a picture in such a rude & impatient way. Would definitely not recommend.

The front desk is just awful. Its been 2 weeks and Ive been trying to get my records faxed and all they say is that the last is out sick, and MARIA is one of the worst, she leaves you on hold and rolls her eyes thinking shes better than you.

The dental department is great here. I would recommend to anyone. I had two teeth that were extracted and the doctor and the two assistants did a great job. Very professional and courteous, also great on prices. 10/10.

Dr. Robert F. Hayden is the best internal medicine physician in the area. Office staff, and nurses are #1! Been a patient since 2012 and wouldnt ever think of switching unless I had to.
