I dont know what the review before me is talking about! They were WONDERFUL to my son and I! Kind, courteous, and with a fun family-type atmosphere, without crossing professional boundaries, of course. You have to understand their phone lines are in CONSTANT use, but they help everyone to the best of their ability! The receptionist directed me there, happily, without hesitation. Once there, immediately, it felt like being with family. They were sweet and very helpful. My favorite dental clinic, by far! And as far as being in the "ghetto", this lady has no clue how much worse "the ghetto" is. If anything, people there are more humbled and homely. I loved it, and would gladly travel the 20 minute distance any other time me or my son need dental work done! And its across a Timmy Chans - great drive-by Asian cuisine on your way out! lol They accept most Medicaid, CHIP, and/or City Dental Card. Free dental work if you qualify for WIC, too. AND they LOVE what they do. When your dentist is humming/singing while theyre scraping gunk off your teeth, you know theyre happy to help! Hope this helps, for those of you who are doubtful, because of one prejudice review! I ACTUALLY GAVE THEM A SHOT - and I couldnt be more happy that I did! Even after reading her review. :D

If I could rate lower than a 1 star if i would. The mexican in the clinic answering the phone is very RUDE & will HANG UP IN YOUR FACE. I had to call back 3 times then she had the nerve to say she didnt. I dont have a prepaid phone like im sure she probably does living in the ghetto. I know my phone didnt hang up. It never does. Why would it hang up out of the blue while im on the phone with her? I will NEVER go here. If I did I would probably be excorted out dealing with these belligerent, low graded, ignorant people. Do not go here unless you are okay with simply asking them to transfer you because, she will talk crazy to you for no reason. I will be reporting this to main office.

When you set an appointment, youre not seen until hours later and if you walk in even at 8, they ask you to come back after lunch at 12 and once youre there you still have to wait.. It wasnt the first or second time and there were plenty unsatisfied people waiting as well.

Great place took my kids to get thier shots here,the staff is very friendly and helpful. Staff here treated me with warm hearts, as if i were at home.
