My family just moved to Spring, TX. We want to find a new clinic that is close to our house. My husband went to this clinic for the first time in Feb and it will be our last time visit too. I was put in a line holding for more than 30 minutes when I tried to request a refill. It took them almost a whole day to find out that my husband cant have the refill without seeing the doctor again. The nurse was very rude and impatient. When I asked her if there is any appointment earlier than the one she proposed. She transferred me directly away to another hold wihthout checking. No, I won’t recommend it to anybody.

Nice doctor but office is run terribly. Often cannot fit you in when sick for at least a week. My link to the patient portal expired, and since I paid my bill my account was considered inactive. No one from MH could send me a new link. Incredibly frustrating and transferred multiple times on the phone to no avail. I finally went to the office in person to get a copy of my vaccination. I wont be returning.

Horribly run office. After one year of trying to work with this office doing simple things like schedule a check up, I changed doctors. Great location for our family, but the appointment scheduling is so poorly run that it crushes any benefit this office offers. And let me tell you, I gave them many opportunities over many months. One failure after another.

I checked online for appointments before I went to this location and the next available appointment was in 2 hours. When I walked in, I asked the receptionist if they accepted walk-ins. She said, "No and we dont have anything available today" without looking at any computer. Having read the bad reviews, I just walked out.

I had a few issues going in that were resolved. The self help kiosks make the waiting room experience quick. Faster than any office Ive been to in a long, long time. The Doctors here are friendly, and the staff tries to work with you to help. They seem to care about your well being and actively follow up.

Although I really like Dr. Tewari, But this int the most patient friendly office. I tried over 20 times in one afternoon to reach someone during business hours and was put on hold indefinitely until I was disconnected each time. Once you get in and see the doctor, it is great.
