Too bad I cant show 0 stars. Really bad, ghetto and dirty clinic. The walls are so dirty it did not look like a place to take your new born kid. The staff is so unhelpful, they dont know what they are doing. I made an appointment for my daughters second vaccine and I couldnt go so I call to reschedule it and the guy said its all good and done, so I go all the way over there just to waist more of my time. The man tells me that the idiot never made my appointment and he doesnt know how to speak right so I ask to speak to someone else and this lady comes and tells me that I have to be one of the first people there so my daughter get to have her vaccine. I then ask to speak to a manager and they want to give me a damn x ray tech, WTF! Im just done with those people, trying to stay calm. And I tell her "so Im supposed to fight a position to my daughters vaccine when she DAMN well had an appointment ??? " Just dont come here, they even promise a damn baby shower . WELL THEY DONT GIVE YOU ONE. I never liked this clinic since the start just by its look but I needed to find a clinin asap so thats what I get for not choosing carefully. And dont let me forget about the long waits for the doctors to see you !

Today was my first appointment I would call very dirty place and they serve are so antiprofecionales ... you are treated as if theyre begging is the government perhaps because you want to see below ... totally black walls toys children dirt ... do not put the proper attention I had already had two pap smears followed in January and June now made another ask me if it was necessary because Id just make one ke said was atendiwndo me that if necessary then I said nothing because I get if you do not understand will not attend ... after I told the doc he did not want the pap told me that I did not want that I did not arian and had a door that did not know because we do not want ourselves if studies ... I told my kotivo told me that because I had not told them I said that if I told them all what did I delete info and pretended I had not done the pap.

Hace 15 años te daban todas las atenciones regalaban cupones para ropa pañales tenían un carro adentro y te mostraban como colocar el asiento de tu bebé te daban clases para papá primerisos y te atendían sin ningún tipo de aseguransa allí te ayudaban aplicar.y ahora no te atienden hasta q no saques aseguransa medica y prueba de embarazo aunque valla de 7 meses...yllenisimo de gente ya no te ponen la misma atension es horrible...

Worst clinic ever. About a month ago my little brother had fever and was constantly throwing up, the doctor checked him and said it was nothing to worry about and said all he needed was to rest, the doctor did not prescribe any medicine. That same day his fever got up to 105.7 degrees!!!! We took him to the hospital and found out he had pneumonia!! Now yesterday I went to the clinic and told them I had a sore throat and congestion and my hears were hurting. They did that test were they put that long cotton swab inside your mouth and said that the test was negative, meaning that I did not have an infection; when the doctor had told me my throat was really red and I was having a fever!! My point is that this clinic is really unprofessional. I cant believe they dont pay attention to our health.

Muy mala atencion fui por las vacunas contra el flu para mis tres niños llegue a las 7 a.m para que saliera un joven a decirme a las 9:30 que no tenía le pregunte que porque no me dijo y nada más le dio risa me parecio un falta de respeto la única Dra que vale la pena es Ionna Dragoi es una excelente persona con el trato para la salud de mis hijos es por la razon que yo los llevo ahí

,quiero agradecer a lecacy por su buen servicio y atencion me han ayudado mucho y muy bien Solo que al tratar de hacer una cita me da mucho problema es muy burocratico hay que pasar por toda la j[informacion y finalmente me quedo en la linea y nunca me comunican ,por lo demas estoy muy agradecida

Siempre me pareció una buena clínica !! PEROOO AHORA es demasiada la demanda de pacientes tal por cual espere 2 horas y media para que atendieran a mi niño ... tiene que dar mejor servicio no se vale ya están igual que el centro de salud de mi barrio aya en mi tierra ... estamos en USA por favor no caigamos al amontonamiento !!

La espera es ridicula! Es la tercera vez q me hacen esperar mas de 2 hrs para pasar al cuarto, aparte el tiempo que demora el Dr en llegar. Aparte las enfermeras son abusivas y poco profesionales. Definitivamente, no le recomiendo esta clinica a nadie. Yo por lo tanto, buscarè atención medica en otro lado.

Enormous waste of time!! If you are high risk dont even waste your time coming here. I was referred here and was told that they see high risk patients but thats untrue, these people had me go through the motions (medical history questions, urine sample, finger stick, even had me get undressed) only to NOT examine me then referred me to raggedy bentaub hospital, the nurse lied about the care bentaub hospital could provide (read the reviews). Arrived at 8:15 for an 8:45 am appointment didnt leave until 11:10, if I could give 0 stars I would. They deserve an "F" rating!!

This place is not good at all, I went there to follow up with doctors because my kids were sick and they keep insisting to give them shots, for my good luck I have the shots record. After that they told me their records are up to date but the funny things is in 10 minutes the nurse came with 2 shots !!!!! also 2 doctors said that my daughter have tina versi color in her hand but the doctor over there said its cant be treatef and its some type of allergic !!!!! I will definitely try to find better place and never come back to legacy

Definitivamente mal servicio no se las recomiendo para nada ésta clínica nunca tiene las vacunas a tiempo para nuestros hijos son unos desconciderados como no son los hijos de ellos les importa poco por favor no arriesgen la salud de sus hijos.

Ill give it 1 star because the ob doctors and assistants arent to bad. However when it comes to the pediatric doctors & assistants here Ill give them NO STARS what so ever.. I took my new born son here one time, after I seen the way a nurse handled him I never took him back.. The whole time I was there I kept telling myself to calm down because there were all these children around but the way that fat black b***h hurt my baby I was ready to go to jail..

My experience with Legacy was great. From scheduling my firsr appointment, to getting help signing up with medicaid, ultrasound technician, doctors, nurses, and front desk. Being my first pregnancy everything was new to me and every question i had was answered. The wait time was long but the volume of patients they receive is high, so it didnt bother me to wait. Big thumbs up to all the staff yall are doing a great job, thank you for everything
