I just had the worst experience at utmb. I am almost 37 weeks into my pregnancy. On Wednesday April the 20th I went in for a regular prenatal check up, as I was making an appointment for the following week I get a shocking and life changing news. I was going to be induced on the 25th. But no one had told me about it. So I sent an email asking why I wasnt told before hand. We made plans, my husband got a week off from work, and turns out..they call me today in the morning to let me know it was a mistake. You cannot understand how furious I am at this. If I hadnt asked, they would be putting my baby and I in real danger. This is just unacceptable!!

Absolute worst experience ever! I have waited over an hour after my scheduled time to get sent back. When they brought me back, they asked for my ultrasound paperwork. When i said they havent called me back yet for the appointment, they sent me back up front. I am not sure who is in charge of appointments, but if they cant get you in at a decent time then there is a problem. Never will I come back to this clinic.

I find the nurses to be nice, but the front desk nurse can be rude along with the doctor who checked on me for my 1st prenatal care, she makes her rude comments & gives me looks as if I had did something wrong. I have switched doctors and I absolutely love him he has delivered both of my kids & Im super excited for this one to get the same experience.

This clinic is the worst make you an appointment according to them and how it will cater 2 till 3 hours aaaaa after but not llege later, one about 10 min by you make of emotion the resepcionistas and tw do a drama!
