I came to Koala Health & Wellness after having a bad experience with another physical therapy facility in the Med Center area. The day I went in for my initial consultation (back in February) I knew this was the place for me. Everyone was kind and welcoming and they brought hope back into my life after being incredibly discouraged. The doctors and staff are very personable and really listen to everything you have to say. Koala has not only been able to help me overcome the once excruciating pain from my tendonitis but they have also been able to bring back a confidence in myself and lit a fire inside to continue to live a more healthy lifestyle. This facility is fantastic and I highly recommend them! ***They are now able to offer a discount for parking

Did not care for the level of service. When I went from one station to another, the person at the station would often walk off to someone else and talk, ignoring what I was supposed to be doing. Apparently one did a test wrong and they wanted me to come back (and pay) the next day to do the test again. I think they have everything necessary to do things correctly and heal people, but they drag their feet. Thats the frustrating part. Treat me as a patient and help me know what I need to do... Dont keep telling me to come and see my test results "tomorrow," when you can print them out right then and there. The test that was done incorrectly would have been identified immediately. Extremely disappointed and will not be returning or recommending them.
