I was injured 5/25. Was told my PT could take longer to approve and possibly I would be discharged from care before it got approved. I had 2 follow ups since the original injury date and the doc asked if I started PT. I said no bc no one has contacted me to set up PT and I wasnt sure if it was approved. Was told to wait til next appt. This past Friday 6/16 I was asked again if I started PT. I said no one has told me if I was approved. You sent out to get approval. Was told it hadnt been yet. I called my jobs ins. And it was approved on 6/8. So instead of my doc telling me where to go for PT bc supposedly the lady who answers the phone for the office says they dont do PT at us health works... I was discharged and still have serious issues with my ankle where I cant even do a slow jog if needed. Worst service ever. Incompetence and worst off when I called to figure out why I wasnt scheduled PT or told where to go for outscourcing... the lady who answered the phone snickers when Im frustrated bc I am still having pain and issues. Telling me they cant do anything since I was discharged. Like hell. My ins said i was able to go back within a few days of being discharged. Then she goes oh well yeah... let me see... over this. I wont go back ever. Dont care how bad I hurt. Id rather pay outta pocket for actual care.

This place works for the companies that hire them and doesnt care about you. Period. Ive been cleared to go back to work and told my injury wasnt a problem. Which I would have agreed with, if I didnt have to use crutches to get back to my car. The only reason Im going back for the same injury, is because my work is making me. But sure, I was 100% ready for work with a hurt back the first time. If your company uses this place, dont get hurt cause your companys only concern is no LTI and not you actually getting better. So Ill waste my afternoon being told Im fine, and go see a real doctor on my own dime tomorrow. Im not sure they actually employ doctors here. Ive never seen one in the 4 years Ive been forced to go to this place.

There was only one nice lady there. Everyone else was very rude. Even the P.A. was a little disgruntled. This is a place for employment drug testing and physicals. The employees should know before they sign up to work there that THEY ARE GOING TO BE BUSY and have to deal with mass amounts of people. Put a smile on your face and show some good customer service. They need to be prepared to answer questions, any and all questions. Regardless of how many times the same question has been asked. It isnt that hard. We dont want to be there anymore than you do. Suck it up and do the job were trained for...CUSTOMER SERVICE.

They were so slow there were only 6 of us in the lobby and I dont take my drug test until an hour and a half of being here I dont have time to spend all day in a empty clincic I could understand if it was packed but it wasnt and that just ridclous Ill go the the one on veterans before I return to this one again management needs to step the hell up oh and the customer service wasnt all that either to go along with an almost 2 hour wait SMFH!!!!!! CLOSE THE DAMN PLACE EVERY REVIEW ON HERE HAS BEEN A BAD ONE

If you are looking for caregivers that care.. Go elsewhere! They are there to make a paycheck, not for the patient. The Nurse practitioner is arrogant and has no compassion for those hurting. He interrupts you with a sarcastic smirk on his face. The experience of every appointment caused stress which intensified my pain. This is not how it should be.

Worst experience of my entire life. Nothing but a certificate mill. Dr waters is a quack. This facility did not do a complete DOD CDL physical. Run you through like sheep to the slaughter. Never been so humiliated in my life. Left in tears. DONT GO HERE!

Waters James its a terrible Doctor, if I can put cero star I will do it, please dont go that place, I had a lot low back pain, I cant even stay sit down also stand up, and He toll me go back to work, its so ridiculous, I went to another Doctor.

Poor Service I will not use them for drug testing employees, they repeatedly lose forms and they dont follow-up. Either the employees just dont care or they dont have good systems in place but is happens often.
