This is the WORSE place ever to send your loved one or enemy!!!! This place should be closed down if there was an option to give negative rating I would, my rating is a 1 star only because that is the only way I could post it. My grandmother was at this place for less than 2 weeks and was neglected everyday. The staff is unprofessional and uncaring. She was not changed properly, bedding was soled with urine and feces!!!! The patients room restrooms do not work! You have to use the one restroom at the nurses station, UNACEPPTABLE!!! The Administration office does not any concern for the business or patients. If you see and any stars other than 1 its probably the staff that made the rating. We made at least 5 formal complaints to the business office while she was in their care, nothing changed. DO NOT GO OR SEND YOUR FAMILY, FRIEND, ANYONE YOU KNOW OR DONT TO THIS PLACE!!! RUN!!!!!

They dont deserve not even half a star. Please dont take anyone you love here! Patients have bed sores all over their body! Ive seen them on patients feet, back and butt cheeks. Ive seen a man that had a bed sore that was so deep you can see his spine. The sore was about 4 inches wide and 2-3 inches long. There was two sores on each side of his butt surrounding the sore on his back which exposed his spine. His heels had sores too. I could only imagine the pain he went through before he passed. What a miserable and painful way to go. So sad!!!!!!!

Candy L. I agree with Mr Johnson! This place is horrible. What he says about the staff is exactly right. You get a completley false impression when you meet with the staff in front part of the office. The rest of the staff are hateful & disrespectful. Your loved one will get their medication only if they feel like giving it to them. Dont trust anything anyone in the front office tells you. They are lying.

This us the worst place in the world to bring your love ones.They will not get the treatment that promise the staff is overwork hardly paid.While the people in the front office eat very well And dont trust nothing the. Lydell wright tells you dont even talk to mrs eula the lack of respect will blow your mind.Do not bring your family here

Consider another option if youre looking into using this facility for anyone you even remotely care about. The very few, VERY FEW good things about this place dont even hold a candle to the lack of care their residents receive. Look elsewhere!!!

It nasty you see bugs everywhere. I dont feel like they take care of my family member cause she was always wet and started to have bed sores. I had to remove my family member to something better.

One bright spot is the monthly Birthday party sponsored by Bearcreek Copperfield Rotary club who bring in Doc Greene and Blues Other Brothers to play a free concert for the folks.

My mom is there. I was scared when I read the reviews. But I found most of the staff friendly and professional. They try to accommodate patients need. Place is clean.
