I hated the services provided by Doctors staff. When I took an appointment I checked whether doctor is in-network for my Insurance or not. I have been told that He is In-network and accept my insurance. But it was shocking when i saw final bills. The Insurance didnt pay them the entire amount because Doctor is not registered (“Out of Network”) with them so their staff charged me all the balances. Due to that I end up of paying $350 just for cleaning & a filling after having insurance. This is ridicules!! I called multiple times to resolve this issue but no success. Very disappointed and I would not recommend to any one.

This boy is a special needs child and he has been going to Dr. Goulds office for most of his life. Dr. Gould and his staff are very aware of this childs limitations and do all to make this appointment a pleasant experience. They (Dr. Gould and his staff) listen to the concerns of the caregivers for this child. Thank you Dr. Gould and your staff for all you do for this child.
