I walked in with my three to schedule an appointment for him and they had an appointment available for him the following Thursday. So that was great and they were really nice, but when I showed up to the appointment the front desk informed me that the doctor had to leave for the day to cover at another location. She asked me if I could drive over there which was not possible so I decided to reschedule. I told her I was never informed of this so this was disappointing because we had make arrangements for my other child and its not easy talking a toddler into going to see a doctor. But my mistake was I giving them another chance. I decided to reschedule the appointment for the following Thursday which is today 8/18/2016. Unfortunately, when I called at 3:10 to confirm the 6 pm appointment the front desk staff informed me yet again that the doctor had to cancel his clinic for the day. She lied to me stating they tried to reach me and I told her she was lying because I have no calls or messages from their office. Quite frankly I had it with this place at that very moment because for one thats unprofessional to handle your clients/business in this manner. I have a life and I dont make appointments unless I plan on being there. Now I see why a place as nice as this is so empty whenever I pass by. They promise you a movie ticket, but for all this nonsense they can shove up their a**. I have never in my entire life seen a dental office run this way. Your doors will be CLOSING in less than a year if you continue to comport your business this way. DR. SEEMA JACOB, BDS, DDS please do yourself a favor and make sure your front desk staff is making the calls to cancel your clinic when needed. No one has time to waste my time is as valuable as anyone elses. I dont understand why they must LIE and say they called me when I have no missed calls or voicemails from them, and this happened TWICE. If you value your time, please do yourself a FAVOR and find another dental office.

I must admit I am quite lucky that I found Dr. Seems Jacob! My experience at her new facility was absolutely AMAZING! Seriously!!! If you live in Boston and are looking for a new dentist... please, please, please... make your next appointment at this location. It has been a real struggle trying to find a Dental office that would cater to the needs of my family and myself. Ive search high and low for an establishment like this. Let my begin by saying that the facility is IMMACULATE (cleanliness is definitely not an issue here)! What else should one expect from a newly designed space? The decor is tasteful, yet simple. The location is convenient! The service is quick and very, very thorough.The staff is friendly and very welcoming. I had to reschedule my personal appointment twice because of my work schedule and the administrative staff was very accommodating. The equipment is exceptional and the quality superb. Also, new pediatric patients receive FREE MOVIE tickets. Dr. Jacob is so warm and caring. A lot can be said about a woman who takes great pride in caring for her staff and patients the way she does. She has a humble, honest, yet delicate approach. I would describe it as almost "motherly".I feel in love with this place because they were so patient with my son. During his initial consultation he was a bit difficult, but that was because he was traumatized from a horrific dental extraction from a previous location (that I so choose not to name at this given time). However, he loved his here experience at Tremont Family Dentistry. I never thought, I would ever hear the day that my child would utter, "Mom I LOVE the going to this dentist"! I was in utter shock! Complete and utter shock! I mean I almost tripped when I heard him say that because I was caught of guard by his statement. I tell you, I wish I could give this place 10 stars. Ive already set up next my dental appointment. I suggest you do the same!!! You wont be disappointed.

This place is a gem compared to the issues Ive dealt with at my previous dentistry. They were very accommodating And allowed me to schedule my appointment the same day. When walking I walked in late I was greeted by Rochelle that not only managed to streamline the check in process but managed to finagle me in instantly whilst I completed my forms. The Milord looked much younger than people Ive had in the past but his efficiency was better than I can ever recall. His prep work for Dr. Jacobs was astounding. Between the two of them the light and engaging conversation complimented the work being done to really make way for an exciting experience. Upon exiting, the same quality they provided for scheduling the last time they added it to this time also. Dr. Jacobs helped to factor in all of my pros and cons with issues Ive had in my past and worked out the best resolution to my problem. I am definitely looking forward to having all my work being done this year rather stretching it out to continue working on it every 3 months or longer. They really are great!

Please come and make an appointment here.This office is immaculate !!!I LOVED THE DECOR.The location is convenient! Doctor Jacob is very thorough and she is very caring.My wait time was so short!!The staff is friendly and very welcoming.staff was very . The equipment is exceptional and is state of the art. Dr. Jacob takes great pride in caring for her staff and patients . She is a humble, honest, yet delicate approach She was so motherly to both my children, telling my children about the importance of oral health.In short, my daughter said that ""Dr..Jacob is the best!!""

Absolutely horrific experience. They gave me an appointment for an hour before they actually open (umm, how does that happen?). 2 hours after my appointment was supposed to start I was still waiting and had to ask multiple times when they were going to help me. They treated me in such a condescending manner the entire time (ughh, the male dentist was just the worst) and they all called me by my last name the whole time, which was... confusing? No idea how theyre in business. Theyre the most unprofessional group of people Ive ever seen.

From my childhood days, I hated going to the Dentist. But my 5 yr old daughter was seen by Dr. Seema Jacob, DDS. My daughter loved her to the point that my daughter wants to be a Dentist. The office is so beautiful,receptionist is so warm and helpful. Office is tastefully decorated, kid friendly and in so many few words- lovely!!My daughter had fillings, and now Im a patient of Tremont Family Dentistry!! I wholeheartedly recommend this office to everyone, especially to all families!!
