This place is a complete joke. Avoid it at all cost. First Care After Hours is right up the road and they have actual doctors on shift. Its been almost a year since my wife went there for a fairly nasty cut on her finger. Rather than send her away because it was out of their scope they provided poor service and then billed it incorrectly. The nurse practitioner on staff was very friendly but she clearly did not know how to handle the cut. She tried to use the super glue like stuff, derma bond I think, and it just ended up running all over my wifes hand and the cut was still bleeding when we left. We almost went to another doctor but decided it could at least be managed with heavy bandages despite the bad job with the glue. At the time of service they told us it was the same as the copay for a regular doctors visit, 25 dollars. Afterwards they sent us another bill for about 102 dollars. They billed it as a minor surgery or something. They told me to throw the bill away the first time I called but its just been back and forth. Ive told them under no uncertain terms that we are not paying for charges we did not agree to on top of terrible service. Now I have to figure out how to make sure my credit is not affected by these idiots. This place is ridiculous. Go to the doctors office, not the grocery store.

Today I visited The Little Clinic. Although it didnt look busy the Patient Care Tech explained there was a 3 hr wait. She registered me and said she would call if it would be sooner (her name was Charity? - Something beginning with a C) True to her word, an hour later she called to see if I could be there in 30 minutes. Arriving, I was put in the exam room where Sarah took my vitals. Then the nurse practitioner Sari entered. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. I received better care than I do at my regular MD! BRAVO to The Little Clinic staff for exceptional service! I will not hesitate to use this Clinic again!

The nurse helping my daughter was completely unsure of what type of antibiotic to presribe for my daughter. When she figured it out, she "sent" it to the pharmacy at the store. I went home to drop off my daughter, came back to grab a few items and went to the pharmacy to pick up the prescription. She never sent it over. So far, the pharmacy has called them three times to have them send it and I am still waiting. Apparently, the nurses are assisting other customers and are not able to send it yet. Too bad my family and I had plans that are being shoved to the side.

Our pediatrician lives more than a few hours away. The little clinic was a convenient way for my son to be seen within a reasonable time frame. The staff from check in to the nurse to the NP who saw him were all professional and courteous. They interacted with him well. When the first pharmacy of our choice was out if the Rx they promptly changed it to a new one. A few days later they called to follow up. It was unexpected but so pleasant to hear the care and compassion on the other end of the line!! Thank you so much for everything!!

Super friendly staff, the front desk lady, nurse and doctor were all very helpful and informative and smiling. Wait wasnt too bad considering there were about 4 in front of me. They did well alternating rooms to keep the flow going. Confirmed my suspicion of having strep throat, sent a couple prescriptions to my primary pharmacy, gave me care suggestions and sent me on my way. They even send your bill directly to your insurance like a doctor would. I will come back here for all my future after hours or urgent care needs.

I seldom go to my family Dr. for upper respiratory issues. I go here. I have worked in medical offices for 19 years, and I can tell you that they know how to treat issues that require an urgent care setting. If you are having severe symptoms, go to an ER. I can also assure you that they are as thorough as you let them be based on the information you provide them. So take your meds with you, and if you have a print-out of your medical history, take that too.

The Kettering Location had 4 people waiting to be seen at 7:15pm. Drove to Beavercreek location and at 7:25 was told that they were booked. The website says they wont take patients less than 15 minutes before closing. When I looked into the spacious waiting room, I saw 1 adult and 1 child...way less than the other location and they refused to see us. We wont be returning to this location or this Kroger.

Friendly and fast. The place was clean too. Pharmacy is right there. A few days after the nurse called back to check on my daughters recovery. Wonderful experience. No wonder there is always a wait. Check in online to avoid the line.

Got a bad infection in my ear lobes. They took care of me professionally and well and gave me the meds I needed to clear it right up without the huge hassle and wait of the dr office! Lovely little place for minor issues.

Staff was friendly and efficient. NP was very caring and attentive. In and out from clinic to pharmacy in less than an hour. Plus you can stop at Starbucks.
